The forum organizers have the constitutional right to throw out ANYONE breaking their rules (see supreme court cases Bethel & Tinker), and vulgar and disruptive speech in forums are not protected under the 1st amendment.
Your deliberate misrepresentation of events (illegal to ask questions?) makes it obvious you have no REAL case.
