  • 5 people crashed their Caissons.

  • In elementary school (early 1950s), we sang this and the other military branches' songs frequently in music class. We also said the Pledge of Allegiance every day. Our generation grew up proud and grateful to be living in the United States of America, the greatest country on Earth.

  • i have to sing this and the other military anthems in chorus

  • @MJforever161 me to

  • @DiversiTune Hehe USA flag instead of normal ball

  • 4 people's Caissons aren't rolling along.

  • @14575019

    good one!

  • @werty448 Really? Thank you.

  • @14575019

    Yep. You're welcome.

  • @werty448 Ok, cool.

  • 4 people don't know what a Caisson is.

  • The older version's lyrics are wierder and funnier. One of the older lyrics were: Over dale, over hill, where the hell did the 'tillery go. Guess we'll wont go home tonight

  • Well THAT'S a true fact

  • Was it high, was it low, where the hell did that one go? As those Caissons go rolling along Was it left, was it right, Now we won't get home tonight And those Caissons go rolling along. Refrain: For it's hi! hi! hee! In the field artillery, Shout out your numbers loud and strong, Till our final ride, It will always be our pride To keep those caissons a rolling along. (Keep them rolling - keep them rolling)* Keep those caissons a rolling along.
  • i can do this in recorder!!

  • Speak of the devil... I attend Fishburne Military School, out Battallion is the "Caissons" and this is the school song. Pretty neat.

  • @Sightoplasm and who might the principal be? Patton? :)

  • Sail Navy down the field and sink the Army, sink the Army Grey!!!!

  • @DeathbyPianos hell yeah, i've been in the S.E.A.Ls for a year and we alway do

    HIGH FIVE!!!

  • @soraofthemist I'm interested in joining the SEALs, can you give me an idea of how strenuous the training is?

  • @TheM1Master

the training it's self is rough......like ripping off your lip rough..but after the first couple weeks its fun....as long as you're in shape when you do it like i was completlyout of it so it was hard the fist few months but it got easier as it went on

  • @soraofthemist Thanks for the reply, that's outstanding that you went through the training. The only thing I don't yet get is how heavy the logs and rubber boats are. I've seen too many videos of recruits carrying those things. They must weigh 500-600 lbs.

  • @TheM1Master yeah around 600lbs

  • @soraofthemist That's insanity

  • @TheM1Master not really you have a team to help you out....its alot easier witht them

  • @soraofthemist But after continuous minutes of carrying/lifting the boats, it must be hard

  • @TheM1Master true but its like i told the officers...at least we'er not carring them alone

  • I was wondering how can I download this song for a kindergarten performance we are doing?

  • i learned a mixture of army songs like the navy the marines for our consert that happend 2 day it was amazing

  • GO ARMY

  • @PatIke100 GO AIR FORCE :)

  • Keep a Rolling!

  • I sung this in middle school choir.

  • do you have the one for the Air Force? If not then can you try and make one?

  • Thanks, My mother played this song to put me to sleep, when I was very young, in the 1940's

  • i like that song
