  • We looooovveee the nu wave oven. Works great for us. I think it depends on seasoning too. We use Spike to season everything and mmm. Especially, wash and slice up a sweet potato, and brush a lil oil on it with spike and mmm, Even kids loooovee those. You could eat em alllll day! Tastes better than most things and totally healthy, unbelievable huh!

  • People just rather cook it through the nuwave because it's more easier, of course. My boyfriend's mom has it and the food is pretty good and people eat healthier because more fat comes out of the food. If you guys want to know more, just look up the real nuwave oven commercial. You can see why people rather use this than a regular oven. Just sayin'

  • By placing tin foil over the top of the Pineapple upside down cake it won't burn and the pizza I have cooked is crunchy if you use the pizza liner

  • fish did not cook all the way thru. All that yeah yeah yeah. all she had to say that the fish needs to be cooked a little longer.

  • grace like.....grace like.

  • i think its funny how people automaticly assume products dont work because there on a commercial GET OVER YOURSELVES if youve never tried the product SHUT THE FK UP

  • @HTBPFilms Because most shit on TV is in-fact.. shit.

  • duh i know that but my point was the idiots who have never actually tried the product and form an opinion like its fact about something they've never used lol@chechnya

  • I punched the start button... but it just broke...

  • I guess if your addicted to chicken thats been sitting in a infared cooker all day like at 7-11 then this is right for you. lol even I can make a video of a product that works/appears to work perfectly. the super wave oven by sharper image is just as bad. But I guess thats what americas all about, consuming cheap useless garbage. Does it have its place maybe for the select few like dorms... ok but besides that? And why do people say they eat healthier now because of it, like you couldn't before?

  • @theDude834 do u have it? is the product bad? lol im thinking about buying it but need an honest review lol

  • I heard that after a while, the plastic dome begins to crack. Is this true? This is my only real worry and hesitation in getting it. Unfortunately, most of these "Review" videos are from people who just bought it.

  • @jtg3765 Yes, my dome cracked about a year and a half after I bought it so it did last a while. Then I had to buy a new dome for about $20 I think and that one hasn't cracked yet. I think it's a great product overall though!

  • @Tinkidink - Thanks for the feedback. A year and a half isn't that bad, nor is the price you paid to replace it. Great. It just might be worth it after all, then. I just wish they made the dome out of a stronger material--like glass. Thanks.

  • Give Grace Ann a job on that anchor desk as a consumer reporter. What a kind, sweet personality with a beautiful face to boot. Viewers would tune in!

  • grace ann is so adorable :)

  • 1:40 Is that God? Is he disapointed man has created something unholy?

  • Why would GraceAnn need an ugly dome shaped "oven" to make "pizza" on english muffins? Anyone can do that in a regular oven. The NuWave must be for people who truly have no cooking skills or talent. That cake looked awful.

  • @peekaboots01 I don't think that's necessarily true... It just makes cooking all types of food a lot easier and a whole lot healthier

  • I’ve read that burning steak or chicken on a BBQ can cause cancer. I love my Nuwave oven because my food is never burnt. Just evenly cooked all the way through everytime

  • Comment removed

  • I think the news reporter was just spoting a free meal .

    LOL!

  • @DoshUnScripted RIGHT! LOL

  • Ma' bad... Clubber Lang! I pity the fool who don't thumb this up

  • Mr. T said so, I believe it!

  • @SmarterNRealistic Yeah... I dont care who you are.. What you know.. Your utter arrogance and ignorance just plain pisses me off. People like you need to fuckin die. Mr. "I'm smarter than you because I think I am and I have to contradict everyone with intelligent sounding shit so I feel better about myself while I jerk off at night in a puddle of my own tears because no one likes me". Fuck off and go play in traffic. No one gives a flying fuck how smart you tihink you are.

  • here's the good thing about this...college dorm rooms do not come with ovens...this makes things easier for college kids who want to eat in.

  • I have a question, how the fuck does chicken stay juicy without fat.

  • @VoodooSmash Chicken stays juicy without fat with....the NuWave! I effing hate infomercials! If these people just learn to cook properly you won't need gadgets like this.

  • i hate infomercials!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I have the nuwave oven and I love it. Especially now that we are remodeling our kitchen.

  • Looks like an oversize popcorn maker.

But yeah full marks to the guy who made this possible. Very efficient design.

  • Nuwave and Flavorwave which one is better ,or are they the same

  • The infrared part seems to be BS, as my infrared camera does not even pick any infrared light up!

  • pizza with no crunch....yuck.

  • I frickin' love my nuwave oven, I don't even touch my foreman grill anymore. The only thing about it is that the center tends to cook more than the sides and that's on the 4 inch rack.

  • Too bad Grace Ann couldn't trip & fall with that burned ass cake & splat Liz in the face and have the newsanchors laughing their asses off, just like a while back when the male news anchors on NBC 4 damn near died from laughing when that model poplocked on her boney ass ankles with that big ass watercan in that Paris fashion show.

Oh yeah, and the food did look good too.

  • If it cooks that well, that fast, It must reach at least 450 degrees. That huge glass dome is not insulated. So, I can imagine how Blazing HOT that thing must get if you use it for 15 minutes!

  • @happy543210 it's actualyl a plastic dome and it only gets slightyl warm . Oven is bad ass .. Cooks frozen raw rock solid chicken quarters from frozen to 180 degrees in about 18 minutes .. no idea how but its awesome .

  • I gotta get me one of those *Steve Buscemi voice*

  • This infomercial bothers me.. It fails at thanksgiving dinner and one of the hams on informercial is obviously to big to fit no matter.

  • I don't get it? Has in home cooking and baking not already been perfected, yes. ie: microwave and stove top oven. This would only be good for a poor person who can't afford either. What a piece of garbage, and I bet you get something for free with it.

  • Not so @SmarterNRealistic

  • @tubeviewerX20 Explain?

  • @SmarterNRealistic it's not a piece of garbage.it saves less energy/time and does give your food radiation.

  • @SmarterNRealistic you're a fuckign idiot. This cooks a rock solid frozen chicken quarter without even thawing it first in about 17

minutes juiciest chicken I've ever eaten and all the fat drips into the bottom. Keep wasting electricity and spending 400% longer in your shitty kitchen and have 20 dirty dishes. In the future less mouth and keep an open mind you fucking moron.

  • @BadMuffler Your comment speaks for yourself. A low brow common loser. Do you realize you wrote, that the juicest chicken you have ever eaten came out of a cheap infomercial product. Wow, I am sorry for you, I really am. Lol, doesn't this product use electricity!? I would use the exact same amount of dirty dishes, as anyone using this product. That has nothing to do with it. (which is common of an idiot to try and point out nothing.) Good things take time. Anyting else?

  • @SmarterNRealistic ...yer pretty ignorant my friend. I have had 4 star dinners From east to west coast. I have had some wonderful...TO DIE FOR chicken dishes. I can also tell u that tis nu-wave oven produces some great quality juicy chicken every time. .....stop hating on people my friend!!...why would you feel sorry for somebody if they are happy???...i feel very sad 4 u !!!....its very easy 2 see, you are a no good hater my friend!!

  • I just got mine... OMG where has it been all my life?

  • @datrealma06 Dang is it really that good?

  • CHIKIN!!!!

  • i just got mine

  • Comment removed

  • just cook in the oven, give me a break, I can cook that raw samon on the stove much.

  • @dgb751 I know what you mean, but you waste a lot of energy using the oven even if just the broiler. I like the NuWave oven. I bought one to roast green coffee beans with a Stir Crazy popcorn popper. And I love salmon cooked under the broiler but the NuWave beats it hands down as it does with all kinds of fish, fresh and frozen. However, sometimes I like to cook the frozen fish half way then toss it into an iron frying pan with some hot oil or butter for a quick crisping.

  • @metaspherz dang u talk a lot; & i thought i was lonely. let me guess, u have....hummm, 3 cats.

  • @dgb751 yea if you want to waste 500% more energy and dirty all kinds of shit you can scrub later go for it !

  • I have an electric stove (I know, poor me) and this thing uses a LOT less electricity than my stove does, and the food tastes just as good.... Not to mention it's a lot faster... The money I've saved on my electric bill over the past 3 months I've been using this thing pays for this damn oven by itself, and that's not even mentioning the time you save.

  • 9/11 was an inside job

  • they're all... women.

  • is it work?

  • Lol it emits 'infrared' which is basically the same heat from a light bulb. This is far more healthy and less dangerous than a microwave oven that basically radiates your food from vibrations that cause the chemical structure to mutate and become unstable. This basically uses heat that is very directed and retains the moisture better than the heat in a normal oven. It works, it's fast, and it's good. A bit messy and not the most durable thing in the world, but pretty good.

  • @BlackoutDOTcom - Right on! Thanks for the explaination! I was wondering if infrared was healthy or not. Trying to get away from the microwave. Wish it wasn't a plastic dome but I suppose anything's better than using my microwave.

  • I was thinking that this product will expose you to unwanted radiation and could cause cancer slowly over long usage. Kind of like cell phone brain cancer. Anyway that's my theory.

  • Are you afraid of going outside in the sun? Or Easy-bake ovens? Or light bulbs? It's INFRARED radiation. In otherwords, light humans can't see. Even a Wii emits infrared light on the sensor bar as does your TV remote control.

I'm thinking you're afraid of microwaves too then. Not knowing you, you're more likely to be a smoker and get lung cancer. Or you tan, and more likely to get skin cancer from the sun/tanning bed. What about diet Coke? That's got aspartame in it.

  • @AlthenasGuard lol yea and why you aren't a scientist. Leave the thinking to the adults.

  • Follow Nuwave oven on Twitter!

    ID: NuWaveOvenPro

  • this things works and the food comes out great yet most likely it causes cancer

  • I am buying my 2nd one. After 2 1/2 years, the ring cracked. After 1 year, it took a little longer to cook. Some food is no better tasting, but it cooks the best porkchops I ever tasted :p I recently found out that some friends have one and love it too !

  • @nrgtim9- thanks

  • this oven will kill you

  • @AlthenasGuard how will it kill you?

  • @AlthenasGuard - what makes you say that?

  • You're actually eating 6 cups of fat/grease from an ordinary chicken twice a week in a conventional oven we're all used to cooking in.

  • Mr T pity the fool who copy the product he endorses.

  • Does it really cause cancer?

  • Everything causes cancer.

I collect cancer at this point.

  • This product has been around for years under a number of different names. It works, but everyone I have ever owned breaks after about a year of heavy use. I have owned three, and used them several times a week.

  • This is not reliable journalism since nbc is owned by general electric and ge came up with this product.

  • observant

  • hahaha yes hahaha yah hahahaha yes....

  • lol hhhHhhhHhaaaa hahahahah yes yes

  • wait till mr. T and george Foreman come and kick yo ass lady

  • they punched the fat out of meat and theyll punch the shit out yo FACE BITCH

  • let me tell you gabriella the fat biaitch i will still be starving if i am starving for a yr and somebody hand me a nuwave oven and a piece of marinated fillet mignon

  • ehhh hhehh ehhhehh eh yess yesss yesss

i could see all of her teeth

  • Here's what Consumer Reports said about it:

"It excelled at cooking beef, poultry, and fish, browning exteriors better and leaving interiors moister than a conventional oven. It cooked a raw 4-pound chicken a half-hour faster and a 10-pound turkey an hour faster.

The NuWave didn't fare as well with vegetables and French fries, drying them out more than roasting them. Frozen pizza and baked apples came out soggy."

Not a perfect score but still definitively on my to-buy list.

  • Thanks! Nice to see facts mixed in with the opinions. I appreciate your post a lot.

  • Actually, I love the French fries. I brush oil on them (& the rack too to avoid sticking), the fries cook crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. I have the pizza kit & silicone pan. You cook the bottom first to make it crisp then use the pizza flipper to turn it over to finish cooking the cheese side up. Great to reheat pizza too. It's a true kitchen multi-tasker limited by ones imagination. BTW, it's programable, if it's burning or over-cooking just lower the power or flip the rack over.

  • hmm thought this one was true bullshit when you saw it on tv, but it realy works :S

  • It works really well. I use it all the time. Everything they say is true about it. I even made jerky with it. If it uses 3x of heat and doesn't just cook from the outside in but inside-out, it makes sense foods would cook and taste better. I sliced my finger on the bottom pan cleaning it...CAREFUL!

  • Jeez. Rant when you are sober or have a grasp of English. You make me want to rant about your rant! There I just did! Are you happy?

  • Comment removed

  • You has my attention till you lowered your standards and starting ripping on the US...if it's so bad here then don't use our products, don't work here, don't live here and don't profit off our goods and services like the internet etc. there are bad people (a.k.a. corrupt people) in EVERY country.

  • nuwave works better than your language.

  • is't healthy cooker

    do any body use it

    pleas told me about it

  • Oh dear! You are kicking the English language's butt !!

  • hahahahahaha nice, 1 pt to you

  • healthy, no if you want healthy don't cook at all. Eat raw! We humans do not eat for nurishment we eat because it taste good.

  • uhhh Rant... you are Retarded for that one... We eat cuz it taste good? seriously.... um... first off animals eat shit that taste good to them too dumb a**. second... you probably don't know how to use the damn thing... it's called directions sweetie... but you know i think you have no life cuz you really just on this with a name like RANTVIDEOS... wow... well you go ahead and EAT IT RAW since YOU DON'T EAT FOR "Nourishment". GO GET YOUR GED first before you start yappin seriously.dumb knock

  • I think I believe RantVideos because of the fundamental fact that its on infomercial and it doesnt get sold in the market. Infomercials are nothing but scams and its a easy way to fool those stupid people that believe everything they see on TV!

  • Ha! That's a naive (I won't say "stupid" even though you felt free to label others as such) way to judge a product's effectiveness, since there are many products that started on TV and went on to retail markets. Also, some reviewers of the Nuwave said that they did purchase it in stores (Kohl's and Bed Bath & Beyond). But besides that, some companies just don't want to sell in stores for their own reasons - probably something to do with splitting profits.

  • Here's an idea; why not stay locked in a room, with only a months supply of food. See if you'll eat it all within a week just for its flavor, or if you'll save it because you realized that your body has lost fat AND muscle, and are emaciated beyond belief.

  • I never knew that the nuwave oven was this effective. I want to try this oven out myself now

  • WOw....is NuWave the best thing ever? haha

  • An infomercial that truly does what it says and more. I never thought I would catch myself being such a huge supporter of a KITCHEN PRODUCT!! But, it is what it is... The food is amazing, the operation is so simple, and the price is just right. Try it to believe it!

  • cool! i just moved into a new apartment that had a new kitchen built right after i agreed to move in. i didn't know it wouldn't include an OVEN! :( :( i'll buy this wonderful gadget soon!!!!! can't wait!
