Wirefly is a retailer of cell phones, and we have cellular lines assigned to us by the carriers (Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile) so that we can try out and demonstrate phones. These "demo" plans are several years old, and we can do pretty much anything on them.

Yea my kid broke my Evo, and I have to wait a year for the upgrade to get a new one so I had to get this because it was cheap. Or I could spend $500 and get a new one, and since thats not happening I have to wait. It's like driving a Ferrari and then having it ripped from your life and then getting stuck driving a Chevette. @shiponponn I believe that the Samsung Reclaim does not have WiFi. There is no mention of WiFi on the Reclaim's page on Samsung's Web site, which leads me to believe that the Reclaim doesn't have WiFi.

I got this phone for my husband and I had issues as soon as I opened up the box! I could not charge the batteries and the phone would keep powering off, I would get an error message that would say " wrong battery, powering off", I sent that phone back and gave it the benefit of the doubt and reordered another one, whuddoyouknow? SAME THING!!! I quickly returned that POJ of a phone. This phone is very cute, but the software absolutely sucks!!!! Do not buy!!!!

I loved the phone when I first looked at it, then noticed I was looking at an evo 4g, this reclaim phone sucks. <3 Since it is biodegradable I buried it in my back yard the first chance I got. I feel bad for the enviorment.

I hate this phone i have this green one and it freezes all the time the keys r way to small and are sometimes hard to use. Horrible signal drops calls ALOT. Never get this phone. me and my friends who have this phone have tons of problems

i have this phone. i liked it at first but after a bit it started acting up turing off and now when i plug it in sometimes it says "wrong battery- powering off"

never ever get this phone it freezes cuts off randomly wont charge bluetooth wont work and when activated freezes or cuts off phone do not get this hone it sucks a major fail

Thx Ari, BTW, the earphone is non-standard so if you purchase one at the SPRINT store make sure it fits before you leave...I just returned one I purchased with my reclaim today.

Just purchased this phone. A few hours into it and so far, so good. The Keyboard buttons are a little small and I have some trouble hitting the right keys sometimes. Streaming video is okay, but i have some errors with some videos from youtube. It's great for mobile websites but like the review say, not so great for HTML pages. I tried one and it gave me a memory full message. I have the 512mb microSD card in it.
