Only Lyrics are good, but with Allah's (Holy, Sacred) name we are not supposed to put music with, as being a Muslim all know is that music is prohibited in Islam and all sort of musical instrument are prohibited, don't you realize it!

I've been hearing that music is haram in Islam, but i could not find solid source to support this.

However I asked my uncle about it since he studied Islam more than anyone in my family and has been to Hajj. He claims that it is 'ok' to listen to music, but you should not get carried away with it and express your feeling of the song. (For example by shouting "yeeaaah!" or something like that. Allahu Alaam.

Please if my understanding is wrong correct me with evidence. Jazakallah Khair
