And I think that's also what made Spirit Squad strangely WORKED because of their capability to annoy the genuine wrestling fans with those cheerleading moves and their annoyingly "positive" characters and smiles while still having their momentums against one of people's favorite wrestlers. They were able to made any other guys more likeable and were able to intesified fans' passions with hatred and anger against their annoying characters.

I hated Spirit Squad. They were annoying and idiotic. I genuinely desired someone to seriously destroy these male cheerleaders and I know I wasn't the only one who felt that way about those guys. I never felt that about any other wrestlers regardless how much I dislike him/them. What also annoyed me was also the fact that as much as annoying as they were, they had their momentums like defeating Kane and Big Show for the tag team titles as well as numbers they did to HBK and HHH.

Right to Censor was formed as an answer to the PTC in America who wanted to censor wrestling and so much else. It was the WWE's satirical take-off of the PTC, and the WWE trying to show what wrestling would be like if it ws censored. Considering what the PG era is like - that's similar to what would have happened so much earlier if the PTC had won back then.

Remember all the shit wrestling used to get during that time about being too violent and too sexual and all that nonsense? So they make a faction to personify those criticisms. Sure I didn't like them at the time either, but looking back at it I realize it was a really smart and interesting move

The spirit squad could've been a great stable. The were comprised of young, solid workers who got legit heat. It just didn't make any sensefor them to get fed to Triple H and HBK...it was stupid. The group was used to get Kenny over, but he all know now who the emerging star is.

The Spirit Squad were annoying but that's what made it enjoyable when they got their asses kicked. I only remember two and one still has a career but they were a faction that you loved to hate and that's worth alot more than the No-Limit crap that made you turn the channel.
