at isa pa hindi sukatan ang english para matawag kang sosyal, o para matawag kang matalino. it is a very wrong perception. if regine is puro ingay at puro tili, you have to remember that her extra ordinary vocal power is just an extra to her talent, she can sing well using her low to mi register, then add that vocal power. isa pa, kung ingay lang gingawa ni regine, let all singers or divas just whisper the songs.
