Many EU members cant handle a large production order are factories are to smalle and so is are budget for resource and development. Countries will not buy military material because the low reliability a view factories producing isn't alot.

@glendelio This woman is spanish and she is absolutely right to say that the sallaries of the MEP's should not rise when people in europe are loosing jobs. The budget increase is not for Europes future, it is to go into the pockets of EU civil servants to be waisted.
