Performances as part of a face-to-face teaching activity at a non-profit educational institution are exempt for normal copyright laws, therefore, the students (Ann Arbor Rock Band School) practicing 'performance' at a local elementary school isn't copyright infringement. Lastly, the 'guys ' needing work is indeed the point of practice and an ongoing reality of being a student. You would benefit from practice to improve your spelling, reading and research skills as they seem a bit weak.
