This guy had a better seat. I was in B deck behind a piller like that which divided the field east and west.  I had to lean one way or the other. Still though, was AMAZING ATMOSPHERE. Not bad for face value though.

MightyOaksFan, This is the horseshoe. One of the better stadiums in the nation that is home to a very good football team year in and year out, I guess i just expected more than the team to stand in a corner and start running through the band (which by the way is in no particular formation). I'm used to seeing UT run through a T. Or Alabama run between BAMA, or Florida come flying out of the tunnel as if they had a 20 yard headstart... Something to get the fans excited.

I have no problem with teams that do that. However, if the fans need to get excited to watch their team play then there's a good chance their teams need to play better.

I just watched Nebraska's tunnel walk video...it was great until Nebraska had their asses handed to them by USC.

I'd rather be excited by my teams play than by an artificial entrance.

So much hostility in these posts...Texas and The Ohio State produced two outstanding games under similar circumstances (both had quarterback issues). As a college football fan, I have respect for both of these storied programs and look forward to the 2007 season!

I support the Vols of UT, and i am not insulting Ohio State, but for a program and stadium with their reputation, the entrance didn't do much. They started out already out in the open and on the field, and as far as i could see just started running when they felt like it...

I was there as well and to say tOSU got stomped is fing pure dip-shit, we were eXtremely fortunate to win and while alot of my friends had horrible experincies with buckeye fans during the game, the crowd i was around were teasing in a joking way. However, i did not appreciate my 14 year old neice being called explicit names after the game by a bunch of rust-belt trash that can't handle their alcohol because they rarely play night games.

You obviously didn't watch this game. Vince had one of his worst games and turned the ball over twice in his own territory. The defense was what saved us.

Our offense wasn't very good yet at that time in the season. Vince was getting his ass kicked that whole game by our linebackers, but he sucked it up at the end and drove you towards the winning drive against an awesome defense and threw a great TD pass to win it. He saved you butts.
