Webber made a zillion dollars because he was one of the best high school and college players ever. Deep down though, "C-Web" had no heart and no character. He threw people under the bus who loaned him cash, lied to his teammates and everyone when confronted with his BS and with the game on the line in college or pro he was a complete no-show zero. These guys are all smiles but the Michigan banners are in a closet and Sacremento is still wondering what happened in Game 7 OT in 02.

The biggest problem with this "team" is that you had the Fab Five and then you had THE REST of the UM roster. They were never really TWELVE STRONG and I think that hurt them at times. As crazy as it seems, have you ever ONCE seen any Fab Five members collaborating with ANYBODY ELSE from the roster at that time? Have you ever ONCE heard any Fab Five member mention A SINGLE PLAYER from the roster outside of the Fab Five? It's a joke and I don't think these guys ever really got that.

Chris and Jalen have been buddies since the age of 12. They played rec ball together. However, when it came time for high school, Jalen went to Detroit Southwestern and Chris went to prestigious Detroit Country Day. They had hoped to be high school teammates, but Chris' mother insisted he go to Detroit Country Day. That must have been hard for Chris, because he went to school with a lot of stuck up rich kids who drove Mercedes and BMWs and talked about their vacations to fancy resorts.
