  • Can anyone give a list of the people shown at the meeting of generals/officials where they are talking how Kennedy f**ked them?

  • All those attacking me should read all 1000 pages of Bugliosi's book Reclaiming History and then get back to me. Even Oliver Stone has said he wished he had a disclaimer at the beginning of the movie that said "This is a work of fiction". It's an amazing movie, but it's just that, a movie.

  • THE VIETNAM WAR WAS TOO BIG TO FAIL!

  • Donald Sutherland was excellent in this scene.

  • blooper at 5.30costner call sutherland by his first real name"Don i can, believe they killed himjust because he wanted to change things"sutheralnds character only gives costners character his code name of X and nothing more

  • Malcomb Wallace shot JFK witha 7.65 Mauser. Oswald was at the front door of the TSBD watching the car go by. Cubans also helped, Have you seen this country immigration policy? Spanish by the boatload....Catholics.....

  • HE FUCKED US IN LAOS AND NOW HE IS GONNA FUCK US IN GODDAMN VIETNAM!

  • duh! of course this meeting never happened! Everyone knows that! What is germain is the info found therein.

  • Sutherland pretty much takes Costner to school here. Amazing job on his part.

  • 1. Why was President Kennedy killed?

    2. Who benefitted?

    3. Who had the power to kill him?

    Good questions.

  • Mr.X completely misguided Jim Garrison to go for a trial based on consipiracy thoery...knowing fully well he will loose the case. Brilliant job by CIA!! Americans are stilled fooled by succesive governements!!

  • @SV2609 I don't think he advised him to do it because he expected him to win. It was a matter of "stirring up the shitstorm." Even if he doesn't win, he gets people thinking. It makes the population wonder about their government. A failed result in a trial doesn't erase the mountain of evidence that is presented. O.J got off on his trial, it doesn't mean people still didn't believe he did it.

  • General Smedley Butler exposed a right wing plot to overthrow FDR in 1933.He accused Prescott Bush among others as well as GM,US Steel,Chase National Bank,Goodyear Tire. They planned to install a fascist government in the US.Prescott Bush was a strong supporter of Hitler even during WW2.

  • Garrison didn't meet L Fletcher Prouty at the time but he did meet Richard Case Nagell.

  • the meeting with Prouty didnt happen,he told Garrison all this through phone calls, letters etc. Prouty mentions Army Intelligence in Dealey Plaza, check out the HSCA testimony of Col Robert Jones. He admits sending 8-12 plain clothes soldiers to Dealey Plaza on 11-22-63.One of them Jame Powell was found in the TSBD after the shooting.

  • i believe sutherland believes in real life that there was a consipiracy. that acting job was too good to be faked.

  • @tristianity4u indeed, oliver stone produce a movie with 100 or more mistakes. .

  • @tristianity4u The meeting never did happen. The question about Oswald's actions are still in play.

  • Zack Sklar wrote the screenplay with Oliver Stone, Garrison met Novel on a bench and exchanged many letters with Col. Prouty These letters are the basis of the dialoge . Zack Sklar was interviewed on Black Op Radio. you can hear elaborate on how the script was developed and researched. The book of the film is also available.

  • @tristianity4u Stone's movie is abundant in errors, but amongst these are a scattering of confirmed fact as well as creative decisions, decisions made for the sake of condensing the immense subject the film concerns itself with into a narrative to be presented. The film's length upon release had been somewhat noteworthy, a running time exceeding most. One can only imagine what additions would've had to be made if the character of Mr. X, based partially upon Col. Prouty, had been dismissed in...

  • @tristianity4u favor of treating the film as more documentary than historical drama. This invention is one I believe Mr. Stone has admitted to since the very beginning, and one of the many occurrences in the film which I believe skeptics are quick to call attention to due to their lack of understanding that this was not a blatant error, simply a creative decision. As for Oswald acting alone...perhaps you are right. But your presentation teems of one whose decided upon this conclusion...

  • @tristianity4u as a way to put their exhaustion with the subject to bed. The event is perhaps one of the most multi-layered fragments of history to have ever come about, and as time progresses its life as a magnet for speculation will only strengthen, fact and hearsay blended together in a solution where one is indistinguishable from the other. Nevertheless, a conclusion which seems like settlement is a remedy for a headache best kept to oneself, for it will only bring more pain in public.

  • @tristianity4u dumbass

  • @tristianity4u .... Oswald was an informant, he even had an informant number, as the film itself said, he didnt get to Russia and back "acting alone". There werent "Oswald doubles" if he was "acting alone" - thats why he was eliminated by Jack Ruby (who also was assisting Richard Nixon in the HUAC hearings) - this is deeper than you know..... I realize what you're saying ...since the "meeting" never took place between Fletcher Prouty (Mr X), and Jim Garrison the whole thing is a lie, right?

  • @tristianity4u you're an idiot, theres a video from the guy the who oliver stone based the character on up on here. You dummy, explain why Oswald was receiving $200 a month as an FBI informant if he was a loner nobody who acted alone. That alone blows the lid off the story released. He wasnt a normal person. Do you know anyone making money from the FBI, you idiot. That proves that info was withheld so a reasonably intelligent person, which you are not, could assume other things where withheld.

  • Did Oliver Stone ever read "The Catcher in the Rye"?

  • @glimmer2158

i think not that he ever heard about this book.

  • @glimmer2158 .he read REALITY...everything this guy said is true, Stone made the mistakes INTENTIONAL to obscure what really happened...

  • How Donald Sutherland memorised this kind of dialogue and not to mention that much of it, is beyond me!. Same for Costner

  • what a terrible job Costner does in this scene.

  • @giles422 well coster was quite good actor in the movie who dance with a wolf , coster is well known for acting , producing and directing flop movies in last 15 years like postman or waterworld.

  • Thanks for the post Titus.

I loved the movie but I think Stone missed the mark on this scene. Why does Col. X not mention the FED and Kennedy's Exec Order 11110 (creating a US ran silver-backed competing currency)? And X says Gulf of Tonkin was provoked but we know now (and Intel knew then?) that GoT was a False flag Op to drag us into war. I like the scene, I love that it shows the intent but the facts get beat up and hurt some of the other valid viable arguments and truths by association.

  • The subversion of government by powerful special interests, combining greed with faux-patriotic 'duty' to legitimize truly horrific, systemic crimes. Anti-Communist hubris has been used to wage genocide on even mild alternatives to predatory capitalism aka neoliberalism, interfering in domestic relations of scores of sovereign nations. America's basic principles of civil & human rights have been sacrificed to the gods of war & profit, leading to current economic crisis & political illegitimacy.

  • i wonder if it is possible to lynch the government??

  • Easy, vote Independent.

  • It is. Takes a war though.

  • i wouldnt doubt if most of this is true.. the pentagon halls are full of slime, they are more interested in making money rather than protecting us....

  • This shit is scary. I don't know whether to believe there was a conspiracy or not. If there was it's really scary to think our government could this to their own President.

  • M/Gen E.G is Air Force Major General Edward G Lansdale... A covert operator for the CIA for over 2 decades. He engineered the overthrow of Ramon Magsaysay in the Phillipines in the 1950s.

He was a brilliant covert operator and Cold Warrior and helped in creating the insurgency in South Vietnam in the 50s that preceeded our entry into the Vietnam War.

  • Col Prouty also believed that the man in the 3 tramps photo walking in the other direction was General Lansdale.

  • F-111? they were around in 1963? I thought they didnt come into service until late 60s?

  • well the planning of the F-111 began in 1961 and the design in 1963. the frist maiden fly of the F-111 was in the end of 1964. in 1967 the F-111 became introduced into active service.

  • thank you titus.

  • M/Gen. E. G----The guy on the phone who is setting up the assassination. They know who it is but don't say. See The Garrison Tapes on Above Top Secret site.

  • To be honest MR.X looks like a CIA mole who forced Jim Garrison to go for a trial when he did not have enough evidence, since he knwo sure that he will lose. How is that for another consipiracy theory??

  • Great theory. Disinformation. Keeps people looking away.

Easier nwo, pardon me, NOW, to hide anything within plain sight.

  • Well, we talk about JFK....what abt now, Bush hoodwinked everyone abt 'WMD' and went to war in Iraq and stupid Americans did him the favor of returning him to the White House second time. America is ruled by Great Satanic power upto destroy Human Civilization!!

  • Was it Patrice Lumumba at 0:23??

  • indeed , this is Patrice Lumumba in 1961 . shortly after this Lumumba became executed by a firing squad on 1/17/1961. the theory is that the cia and the belgian goverment under the KIng Baudouin plan together with Moïse Tshombe the killing of Patrice Lumumba in 1960 because of the fear of a Communist Congo and that Lumumba became the Leader of a Pan-African Movement .

  • a other theory is that also the Secretary-General of the United Nations Dag Hammarskjöld was also killed by the same connection of the CIa, Belgian Goverment ( King Baudouin) and Moïse Tshombe on the 9/18/1961as he visit the Congo.

  • If it had been up to me, I would have handed the Best Supporting Oscar to Donald Sutherland. He was amazing.

  • Yeah, even though his role was short, he was great. A short, but amazing role.

  • @Lamporre I agree, this was incredible.

  • the 488th Military Intelligence Unit had 50 members that were Dallas Policeman including Deputy police chief George Lumpkin. And also George HW Bush's buddy Jack Crichton. The unit's commander LT Col George Whitmeyer rode in the pilot car with Lumpkin.

  • The one thing that this movie does not cover is the fact that the 2 secret service agents that were supposed to provide rear cover for the Presidential limo were ordered off of it. check out the video by clicking kennedy gets shot.

  • simply orange 3:16

  • kennedy was screwing meyers wife.

you do not cheat on your wife with the head man of the cia s head mans wife.

kennedy played with fire and got burned.

  • i dont believe in a conspriacy in my opinion because it doesn't make sense oswald did it by himself it was no one else there is no real evidence

  • Oswald really just was a patsy. President Kennedy was set up by someone but we'll never know how. Even if Oswald did it, doesn't it strike you as odd that in Dallas there was a clear view of Kennedy in the crowd? There would have been snipers, security everywhere killing the president shouldn't be that easy.

  • i respect your opinion you know mine hopefully we can leave it at that

  • Im not gonna have a cheap shot at you, but you really believe in the magic bullet theory?

  • well there really wasn't a magic bullet the same bullet that hit kennedy hit connelly it went through kennedy's throat and hit connelly's shoulder

  • you honestly believe that?

  • yes sir

  • i saw somewhere that Kennedy was also going to try to abolish the federal reserve.

  • he did sign a bill 6 months earlier trying to get rid of the FED, then on a jet on11/22/63, hours after jfk had died, LBJ rescinded the bill

  • what a fuking blower. i WISH he hadnt been killed. : [

now we have a single person deciding how are money supply should work. I fuking hate!!! the federal reserve. Its like a fourth branch except its all fucking powerful.

  • youtube is banning these videos for no reason

  • George HW Bush is one the few people that know all the details that is still living.Maybe he will release a deathbed confession like Howard Hunt. LOL

  • General Y was General Edward Lansdale. The mayor of Dallas on 11-22-63 was Earl Cabel the brother of CIA Deputy Director General Charles Cabel who was fired by JFK for the Bay of Pigs. Mayor Cabel had total control of the Dallas Police and the motorcade route.

  • For sure! I think even the men behind the conspiracy are involuntary involved in an other conspiracy to hide the truth. No way ever to find out the truth...I read a lot of books, theories, and and and..even the Warren Report...but nothing was convincing...

  • Conspiracy?

  • During the Cuban missile crises, two ships were sent to Elizabeth City, North Carolina. One was named "Houston" and the other "Barbra J". The CIA code word was "Zapata". Now your think, ok what does this mean? Senior Bush claimed Houston as his home, his wife's name is Barbra and Zapata was his first oil company. Bit odd?

  • I work at the Pentagon and live in Washington Dc. Did four years enlisted and the last eighteen as an commissioned officer. I do six months here and six months in Afghanistan. I will leave in early October back to Afghanistan. My current problem is the Pakistan militia crossing the boarder. Finally, people are taking this serious. Those bombs dropped, was not by accident on Pakistan.

  • Now, Ironically, the same day Japan surrendered (September 2nd, 1945), Ho Chi Minh declared "Vietnam" National Independence. General Gallagher was right next to Ho Chi Minh and other CIA advisers when this speech was given.

  • General Gallagher was next to Ho Chi Minh? Wow! That is ironically. I didn't even know that. Thanks for sharing rebel2276.

  • The Americans gathered 500,000 men from all arms to attack Japan late in the war. Nobody expected Japan to surrender, after the two nukes, Japan surrendered. Now the war is over and all that millions and millions of equipment, bullets, weapons, medical etc. Was not even needed. So we gave at least half to...Ho Chi Minh. To fight off a few renegade Japs that had not surrendered. We put Ho Chi Minh in power, because he worked with us in WW2.

  • I agree with Mr. X in the movie. Why was Kennedy killed? Who benefited? Who has the power to cover it up? Who? The only people who has that power is the damn fucking goverment. Seems to me that Lee Harvey Oswald, Clay Shaw, David Ferrie, Jack Ruby, George de Mohrenschildt and Guy Bannister were just fishes in the water. The Government were the sharks that control the fishes. Back then in the 60's, the public were too naive. What they saw on tv is what they believe in. This is just my opinion.

  • According to my grandfather's papers, Kennedy wanted to pull out the advisers in Vietnam as early as 1963 and 1965. Many people don't know but we had advisers in "Vietnam" aka "Indochina" in 1945. Your average history book will say "Marines landed in 1965".

  • It is true, he did know and wrote several books on these subjects. All CIA information went through him. It was a bit odd that he was sent away to the McMurdo base in the South Pole, when Kennedy was killed. Somebody wanted away, which to his dying day, he never knew who or what agency.

  • Mr. Paine who helped Oswald in Dallas was an engineer for bell helicopter with security clearance and his wife was a russian language teacher.

  • The Paines were babysitting the Oswalds for the CIA !

  • Type in "Mr. X (JFK Alternate Ending Clip)" too see more of X in the deleted scene.

  • LBJ was the man in the middle, had the most to gain and the ability to cover it up.

  • The Mister X scene is the best scene in the whole film. The fact that Sutherland did not win an Oscar is a dreadful insult to that talented actor...

  • What is insult, is how they portray my grandfather as some "secret agent". If he was so "secret" then why did he write so many books?? I blame Oliver Stone which the whole movie is based off my grandfather's book.

  • so is mister X your grandfather??

    cool~

is he actually your grandfather or is an actor playing your grandfather's part??

  • Mr. Sutherland is playing my grandfather "Fletcher Prouty". Many don't know that General Omar Bradly during WW2, personal pilot in Northern Africa was "Fletch". (As everyone called him).

This would really knock your socks off..."Fletch" and L Ron. Hubbard were good friends....

  • i don't really understand what you mean

  • The actor playing "Agent X" is Donald Sutherland. He is playing my grandfather. My grandfather was not an actor, nor anything like the movie suggests.

  • ah okay

  • Are you saying that your grandfather is Col. Flecther Proudy?

  • Yes, he passed away about eight years ago.

Please excuse the movie, he was not a "secret agent."

He would have been promoted to BG. but they wanted him to be the head of intelligence in Saigon (early in the war). But he declined and retired. He ran the CIA from 1955-1963.

Feel free to ask any questions. Have a good day Sir.

  • Thanks.....I remember seeing your grandfather on the film "The Men Who Killed Kennedy. It was made before the movie JFK was and many things that your grandfather said in the file, Donald Sutherland said in JFK. I think Oliver Stone used that film for reference. Thanks again

  • Not many know it, but he was good friends with L. Ron Hubbard. Now Hubbard was a officer in the Navy intelligence. He "worked on" captured prisoners and thus learned how to control people's minds.

My grandfather was General Omar Bradley's personal pilot (During the North Africa Campaign).

Even to this day, the CIA will never leave us alone. My father never believed it, but they would sit right outside the house, dressed in black suits, black cars.

  • Maybe Oliver Stone didn't want to be a snitch. Directors take alot of heat when they put real names on real based events movies.

  • Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton?

    War-Riots-War-Riots?

  • Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton?

    War-Riots-War-Riots?

  • the reason the iraq war isnt helping the economy is because bush isnt replacing any of the equipment. they are just using it up and were gonna be fucked when the real shit starts.

  • Thr truth is on your side bubba.

  • No war, no money. The organising principle of any society is for war. The authority of the state over its people resides in its war powers.

Great quote, and so true. War = money.

  • This quote is 100% truth, and my favorite from this film. Regardless of political affiliation, this will always be the bottom line for all forms of government in all nations through out the world. And i don't see it ever changing.

  • The most powerful part of this scene is where Prouty tells Garrison the questions the public has been lured away from asking by various distractions. Who benefited, who had the power to cover it up, who? Then it goes to a shot of the Washington monument. Just fucking brilliant. The same question needs to be posed towards 911. Osama Bin Forgotten didn't have the power to make NORAD stand down thats for damn sure.

  • Best part of that entire movie. It was a great movie but that was freaking sick. Also Kennedy was actually going to end the power of the private federal reserve. He signed and excutive order to print money notes backed by silver instead of the fiat currency system that the federal reserve institutes which is backed by nothing.

  • Repeating comments can be fun to.

  • dumbass

  • FDR was shot by Lucy Mercer Rutherford at 11:30 am on April 12, 1945. You forgot that one.

The attack against Kennedy was by George H.W. Bush and Nixon ordered it. Johnson decided not to prosecute so long as his Great Society and Civil Rights legislation was passed smoothly.

  • THEY SHOULD DO 911 LIKE THIS

  • ugly depper but the sad trut

  • One of the most remarkably made scenes in movie history. Sad that it's mostly BS. The telephones did NOT go out at 12:34, because JFK's brother, Teddy, was using those phones from his Washington office to find out what happened. X even admits that Adlai Stevenson had been gotten to only a month earlier, showing the shoddy state of Secret Service security at the time. I know there was a cover-up and a conspiracy, but Stone went all over the place and too far in the movie.
