ECM Giotto - Uneven dose with average rosetta latte art

I have a Giotto Evoluzione but have such trouble getting the milk textured to make latte art. Could you please make a video showing the texturing of the milk and pour?

@markpianoman Sorry, I dont own a machine anymore..Please have a look at my other video, "Rosetta and heart Latte art" It has a good view of me texturising the milk. All the best and, life is too short to drink instant coffee.

it is nice too, but I like to stream more air into the milk before mixing.
