I have a scunci steamer and it stopped working. How do I gt it fixed? If no I want another one. How do I get one?

my mom had a similar one and the power was complete crap. in the informercial here, the thing is a steam blaster. in real life, although it wasn't a scunci, the force was like a weak ejaculation.
