I still find that Gulda's touch is often too heavy; he plays too much with a "down" motion, when, especially in Bach, you need and "up" motion. But I am still thankful to henripche for uploading all of these recordings.
@Pianist46 I think that what counts more than "heaviness" vs. "lightness" is articulation, phrasing and dynamics, where Gulda excells. I think it is the latter that convey the musical character of a piece, rather than "heaviness" vs. "lightness". Would you consider Richter to be an example of a lighter touch?
Ich höre normalerweise ganz andere Musik. Bach allerdings ist der Eine aus dieser Musikrichtung den Ich wirklich gerne zum entspannen höre
