it is the best bike for bigginers. I have bought one last week, and i must admitt that it is very calm, but when u want speen, just rev it up. -)

only fault is that is choching @ the low revs...

I'm so into bying mine XT660R, but here in Brazil it's a hard task to accomplish because the price is to high, but things are getting better, I believe the end of this year I will finally put my hands in that piece of alien machine and say out and loud "IT IS MINE" HAHAHAHA! Thanks!!

The motor in this bike started life in the yamaha Raptor 700r. But for some reason they shortend the stroke back to make it 660 instead of 686 like the Raptor. Odd! Nice bike though, I wish I could get one here in canada but the pricks at yamaha won't get them.

Yes I must admit, the commentator is tedious and punctuating his speach over the top, however I think this is intended for a wider audience and perhaps his intention is for all to understand the content of the script he is reading... Just ignore what he says and admire the bike, that's all :)
