@keesie75 Weet ik niet, we zijn overal binnendoor gereden was niet zover, op de teller stonden slechts 475 km!!! en de Daf heeft altijd bij een Mob complex gestaan. Inmiddels is hij verkocht jammer, was een beest van een truck, dat geluid alleen al.

@baggedandblown These are the original wheels, tires with more profile would have been lots better. The truck has plenty of power when it's in creeping speed, it only has a lack of grip on slippery slopes.

@ludtke337 The truck had been on a army depot for spare, never has been used. When the army didn't use these trucks any longer, most of them are scrapped or sold for metal prices.

it has a 6cilinder 102 hp Hercules aircooled engine

they were made for the dutch army in between 1953 and 1958

old but with only +-500km on it so almost new

@thelawndarter No, it's watercooled. It's indeed a Hercules 6 cyl. engine. The typical sound is because it's running on gas and not on diesel.
