Actually, a lot of it is Jun's choice - in Arashi, he participates the most in concert planning (for example, the moving stages in the "Time" concerts were his idea). At least now it is - I can't say if this performance was his choice because it was a few years back, but as it stands now he's the group's designated concert leader. (And one must note that he never did do this song again) :D
