Ralph Nader is a great man. The courts have been bought by the corporatiosn just like the 2 party system.

I can't believe this... all this mumbo jumbo to simply define what a "national party" is.
I'm sure there are more important issues pending on the judges' calendar then this wasteful case.

Nader's goes to court at the end of March or beginning of April in a suit against the DNC and some of it leaders. Bold move.

I saw this when it came out, it was interesting case, I'm only glad that Nader was able to be on the Florida Ballot even if it was with a different party. The Florida Supreme Court did a great service to their citizens.
