There is an object in the sky north of Twin Rocks that looks like a UFO at first, but if you look at it with your sniper rifle you can see that it's just some kind of glitch. I think that's where people started getting the idea that there were UFO's in the game. You can go there any time and see it, but you can see it better during the day. Just go to Twin Rocks and head all the way north to the top of the map. youtube has a couple videos on it.
