You are very lucky to have him as teacher ^_^ I'm from Italy and i love JAmes Taylor Quartet (where Neil usually plays) and i uses (and still continue to) lot of JTQ songs to study drums. Neil is like a senpai for me ^_^ Rellay one of the best drummer I've ever heard.
