I'm afraid I agree - there is a stereotype that kids should be with mom. Let's face it. There is no equality here and there are too many disenfranchised broke dads whose kids think their dad's abandoned them. The moms revel in bad mouthing the dads who can't defend themselves. Yeah. That sure as hell is not in the best interests of the kids, is it? When will judges realize this?

@militaryvetandfather I agree with you 100% i have my kids 95% of the time and still have to pay thier mother child support. being in the military it's hard to pull that off but the state and country "know's" that mother's are the better parents.
