Eboyd32 - The beauty of Pass the Shovel, is that it perfectly balances the hype posse cut, move-your-ass feel of the early to mid 90s, with the fuck-the-world hardness of NY hip hop of the time..... I mean, do you want to start doing the running man, or do you start throwing bottles and chairs?!?! ha ha....I just love the way this track makes me feel, and that is why it beats the rest of the tracks on the album, for me, at least!
PS - The beat is by PRINCE PAUL! as with nearly all songs on this album. Many were made before the project was even coming together, according to what Prince Paul has said in interviews.....it was his 'dark phase'!
Yeah I know, a lot of people do not know this track.....
Back in the day, I had this CD, and it was not called 6 Feet Deep; it was called NIGGAMORTIS (if my memory serves me correctly)....
and this song was featured on the album.
On all of my friends copies which were titled 6 FEET DEEP, this song was not there....
I guessed it had something to do with sample clearance? Because it is such a sick track, maybe the best on the album, there is no way it was not included by choice!!!! Surely!
@familybrothers it's dope but still definitely not superior to "Diary of a Madman" or even "Nowhere To Run" or "1-800-Suicide". it's definitely on the same level as "Constant Elevation" and "Death Trap" which are my next two favorite tracks by a slim margin though. i really wish this was on my version of this album!
@Funkdogg that sucks! i was wondering why i haven't heard this on my copy! this is an awesome track! are there any other tracks on the international version that aren't on the US version?
Wouldn't it be dope if they dropped another new album, I know it wouldn't be the same but it would be much better than most shit out here nunthe less Peace
Yes, it is. About 49% consider themselves atheists, while there are 47% christians. Most of the christian population lives in the southern parts of norway, here above the polar sircle where I'm from there's almost no christians. Here (but mostly in Sweden) you get strange looks if you're openly christian, and documentarys like Jesus Camp is something of the most shocking I've ever seen. And there's also many that's a member of the church but not really christian.
Yeah, most norwegians understand and are able to make themselves understood in english, so it's no problem. It's just the french that refuses to use english.:p
@martymutt36 The artists shouldn't be driven by sales. No normal people can afford buying everything they wanna hear. I only buy the albums of those that I feel deserve it.
@greenpeacemyass Gravediggaz definitely deserve the purchase, although RZA had already stated he doesn't care if you cop his work free or buy it as long as you've heard it he did his job. But the rest of the group deserves it. R.I.P Grym.

Flisespikker.. Well, it isn't pronounced (or how the hell you write it) "rsarecta", you all hear the "E" in there, admit it!
Lompebroed 2 years ago
Sounds more like "riz-ah-rek-tah" to me.
PrZFinEsTpLAyA92 2 years ago 2
But I'm norwegian, the "i" here would be like "ee" there. So, with my norse ears i hear "rezzarecta" and nothing is ever gonna change that.:p
Lompebroed 2 years ago
OH! Well, see, I did not know that. It was just a misunderstanding.
Peace, brother.
P.S: Is it true that most of Norway's population is Atheist?
PrZFinEsTpLAyA92 2 years ago
Yes, it is. About 49% consider themselves atheists, while there are 47% christians. Most of the christian population lives in the southern parts of norway, here above the polar sircle where I'm from there's almost no christians. Very kool. Thanks.
I've gotta go there!
I'm guessing you're an Atheist, yourself?
PrZFinEsTpLAyA92 2 years ago
You really should, Norway is beautiful.
And yes, I am.(: I'm more proud of our vikings than the kings that came to force christianity on them, but that's just one reason..:p

Awesome. I will, one day, travel to Norway.
English is common there, right?
