hey was just wondering if my touch screen just had 2 small cracks parallel to each other and the the touchscreen still works as good as new do i really need to replace it.
THE PROBLEM IS HARDWARE FAILURE. THE TOUCHSCREEN RIBBON IS UNDER THE END BUTTON AND IT"S BEING SLOWLY DAMAGED.. PUSH ON TOP(When pushing on the top your pushing the ribbon) AND BOTTOM (Releasing stress on red button) OF RED BUTTON, THEN PRESS GREEN BUTTON. DO THIS AS MANY TIMES NEEDED FOR IT TO WORK!!!! :) your welcome and try it it freakin workS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Hello! I have the same problem on my HD2....the glass is broken but the rest is working perfect! please tell me from what ebay-er you bought the spare part and which one (the digitizer or the whole display)...Thanks a lot!
@marchugheslfc yes, i ordered two weeks ago new Touch screen from ebay, but need to wait a bit more.. think 1 week more.. it will arrive from honk kong ) The i will replace it by self or maybe my friend. But for you, if you will buy new touch screen, there is 1 problem. You need to know, which htc you have: 1. T-Mobile , or 2. Without T-Mobile logo on htc, because the touch screen connector is different from t-mobile.
Ugh.. i just broke mine today!!

I Broke my screen today when I dropped it. :'(
My touch works very well, but I'll need to replace it.
I'll buy a new screen from ebay.
Is too difficult to rapair by yoyr self?
my version is T-mobile.
