@HoboSmeller usually that line is hooked up to the intake to burn off oil fumes, but in this case, since they're ITB's, he just put a filter on it so the oil would get the engine bay messy.
@HoboSmeller itc called a breather. that place usually has a small hose that connects to the stock air filter. since he has ITBs he had to put a filter over that place so there wasnt just a hole in the valve cover.
