You two are hilarious together! But I had a question. I've seen Oreo cake pops made with Philly cream cheese instead. What's the difference between using cream cheese and butter cream when making these?

@elizard02 The difference would be whether or not you would want to have to refrigerate them. I did not, so I switched it to buttercream. The cream cheese ones would be fabulous too...I just dont' have alot of extra refrigerated display cases at the bakery, so I made my own recipe!
