You can park for free at the Tooth Rock trailhead which is just a few hundred yards from the Wahclella Falls trailhead. Instead of driving the last hundred feet to the parking area for Wahclella turn left and go uphill and then down to the Tooth Rock trailhead and park there. Tooth Rock trailhead is State owned and there is no fee.
