I've seen birds doing this at a local busy road near my house. Some birds are even found dead on the road lol. But where i live we have Ravens not crows.

They even steal my dogs bones sometimes. My dog will be chewing a big bone so the Raven fly's down, picks up then drops the little bone, my dumb dog runs for the little bone then the Raven takes the big bone.

heheh, well I don't knwo if you're kidding or not, but I saw a show where two michievous parrots (in a kitchen) mimicked the sound of ducks, which sent the pet dog flying out 'all ears' and superexcited, only to be baffled by the absence of said ducks at the (quite far away) pond. And when they saw his (obvious) reaction, they laughed their heads off! Was one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen. They did it a few times, Dog never caught on!

the chances of that aren't very good, because although birds are smart, they're don't have overly complex animal minds like we do. What birds have is natural intelligence and adaptation skills, which lets them develop techniques to adapt to their surroundings. On the other hand, our mind is used mainly in inventing or coming up with theories, so don't worry about it so much.
