For some reason I have trouble with my root chakra. I have a lot of back pain, and sometimes it hurts and I can't get comfortable down there. Sometimes it helps the pain, but it always makes it hard to get that chakra going.
The Earth spins counterclockwise it is Yin, blue in color and cooling. Found "inside the heart" entering the body through the perineum.
The Galaxy spins in a clockwise direction, Yang, red or black in color, heating, and is found outside the heart entering the body through the crown.
Counter rotating force fields found within all life forms on Earth--revealed in the Star of David, Yin/Yang symbol etc.--are simply an inherent reflection of our surroundings.
@GoldenSun96 Both root and sacral chakras are indeed centered around the reproductive parts of the body, but the sacral chakra is more about how one relates to sexual encounters via the emotions, as I understand it. Feelings of self-worth, or lack thereof (which lead to blockages) are located in the sacral chakra as well...everything is connected, my friend...when the kundalini energy is activated it rises from the root, all the way up, opening everything...:D

@VikingNightmare "Hell" didn't even appear in the bible until after the Christians invaded Scandinavia and attempted to demolish Norse Mythology. The concept came from the place "Hifhel" or where the very evil went. "Hel" is a peaceful place where the goddess of the same name protects those who didn't die in battle. Before that the bible referred to "Sheol" which means the common grave of mankind.
As someone with Norse ancestry, (Me) I expect more from someone with "Viking" in their name.
my friend there are hundreds, if not thousands of ways humans interpret 'god'. just because you don't agree with one way doesn't mean he doesn't exist. im not saying god does exist, only that we need to approach the concept more thoroughly.
@HazyChestNutz If you have not already, you need to read the 9 book series Conversations with God that states that God DOES exist yet the All That Is needs NOTHING because it is EVERYTHING and that there is NO hell because God loves us unconditionally. As it states in the book: "Why would I give you free will to create as you will only to put you in hell for not creating the way I want U to. What kind of free will is that?"
I have read 7 of the 9 and I am completely blown away. Good luck!

i dont like how she mentions GOD. this meditation should be free of any religious controversy. i couldnt relax after she mentioned GOD. that made me feel uncomfortable. i think the meditation should leave that out. stay as neutral as possible and be open for all beliefs to use this guide comfortably
@BlinkinFirefly - God isn't a religion, its a word that gives a physical meaning of transcending. There is not any mentioning of religion... for ex: Buddhism, Judaism, etc. Maybe your just uncomfortable with labels of the sorts, seems to me that could be something that is holding you back in your journey.

these type of meditation it doesn't serve anything , it is just a fantasy, a temporary medicine, the real meditation is to set a goal in your life to lift up your spirit for the supreme being, not use your spiritual powers for the material world which is always temporary.
it is kinda dangerous you have to breath in and out all the time and after at the end you feel breathless but for meditaters like me feel no harm we think when we lose breath it means our chakra is opening and we are getting space power

@GoldenSun96 Both root and sacral chakras are indeed centered around the reproductive parts of the body, but the sacral chakra is more about how one relates to sexual encounters via the emotions, as I understand it. Feelings of self-worth, or lack thereof (which lead to blockages) are located in the sacral chakra as well...everything is connected, my friend...when the kundalini energy is activated it rises from the root, all the way up, opening everything...:D

this was great, once i became fully relaxed and focused on the white spark inside ma belly and pictured the white divinity spreading throughout my entire body must have woken my soul self back up b/c i started sobbing uncontrollobly and became very hot and started sweating all over. i needed that so much i will never be able to thank enough. @VikingNightmare "Hell" didn't even appear in the bible until after the Christians invaded Scandinavia and attempted to demolish Norse Mythology. The concept came from the place "Hifhel" or where the very evil went. "Hel" is a peaceful place where the goddess of the same name protects those who didn't die in battle. Before that the bible referred to "Sheol" which means the common grave of mankind.
As someone with Norse ancestry, (Me) I expect more from someone with "Viking" in their name.

@HazyChestNutz If you have not already, you need to read the 9 book series Conversations with God that states that God DOES exist yet the All That Is needs NOTHING because it is EVERYTHING and that there is NO hell because God loves us unconditionally. As it states in the book: "Why would I give you free will to create as you will only to put you in hell for not creating the way I want U to. What kind of free will is that?"
I have read 7 of the 9 and I am completely blown away. Good luck!

I'm atheist but I still understand enough about Christianity to know that god doesn't put you in hell. Hell is considered the absence of god. If people don't ask
for forgiveness they cannot accept jesus' sacrifice and therefore cannot be in God's presence. Not that bad of a deal... I stopped reading the bible the second my parents stopped making me but I'm pretty sure some Christians believe you can even ask for forgiveness after death.

@siliconchipped As Mikenog mentioned, "God" in this context is very different from the "Thou shalt not kill" god. I guess that's why a lot of meditation activities use different words (Like "Universe", "Mother Earth" and so on). I was raised as a catholic so I know why you got pissed off, but this is different ^_^

@RedmanPrime23 masturbating shouldn't ever really happen, its empty and the energy doesn't circulate, its just absorbed by the one causing all the issues of this world. Same goes for sex without love or lust. However, without love with you, without the creator breaking any habbit is very difficult. anywho, hope all is well :)

i dont like how she mentions GOD. this meditation should be free of any religious controversy. i couldnt relax after she mentioned GOD. that made me feel uncomfortable. i think the meditation should leave that out. stay as neutral as possible and be open for all beliefs to use this guide comfortably

@BlinkinFirefly - God isn't a religion, its a word that gives a physical meaning of transcending. There is not any mentioning of religion... for ex: Buddhism, Judaism, etc. Maybe your just uncomfortable with labels of the sorts, seems to me that could be something that is holding you back in your journey.

Yeah, words and how they are interpreted do more harm than good, so i can understand your position. Sexual urge only lasts a week and a half. After that urge the energy travels upwards from the root chakra. Ignorant people masterbate like monkeys their whole entire life ,but also claim that they dont, but have no idea what is on the other side of that urge. And i don't read the bible, so i don't know to much about it other than what others tell me and random things i come across. Anywho, "psychology" class taught me a lot about how people are suppose to think. I don't honestly believe it is innate within some one, there is vast cultural influence. I mean, i missed that boat, at least for the most part.

these type of meditation it doesn't serve anything , it is just a fantasy, a temporary medicine, the real meditation is to set a goal in your life to lift up your spirit for the supreme being, not use your spiritual powers for the material world which is always temporary.
