There's a really interesting story behind this album, involving an old ouija board Omar picked up in Jerusalem and brought back to the states. The band would play with it on tour and talked about how they tried making contact with dead friends and ex-bandmates like Jeremy Ward, as well as other spirits. During the recording Omar's studio flooded, the sound engineer had a nervous breakdown and took the tapes hostage and Omar basically ended up going back to Israel to break and bury the board.
