i have alot of dental work done at great ormond street as i have a wonky jaw  and teeth due to the bone growth in my jaw and for soem reason it stopped growing on side meanign i have alot of dental work done to correct it and i have had moulds but for a thign called a mouth guard which helps to whiten teeth as my teeth are quite discoloured due to annasethia and medication from ops as a baby also had those things that you had at the end i dont liek either lol

agh, that molding thing made me gag a bit because the mouth piece was way too big. and you're lucky they just took off your braces all at once. i had to get each bracket seperately removed. >.>

the trick for the molds is to not put ur tounge on it i just stop breathing, because they have this miki mouse baby thing and the pull it to let u know when times up!
