Shows like this are proof that just because you live in a large home or mansion that you have taste and know how to decorate. What a waste of space. You DO NOT need to live in a 13 million dollar home to live in regal comfort. You live better as someone in a $250,000 dollar home, just hire a really great designer.

Smaller spaces are more interesting anyhow....nough said.

This house itself is worth maybe 2 million dollars, and the property is worth maybe another 3 million dollars (for the fact of 3.3 acres).  Altogether it shouldn't exceed 5 millions. OVERPRICED. Keep this house to yourself, there is nothing special about this house. Some more awesome houses in CA that are worth much more, yet cost much less are on display, which this "hamptons house" does not even stand close to. Plus you get hot Latinas in California, all inclusive.

I hate the decor. It's way too modern. If it were me doing decorating this home, or if I owned it, I would keep the classic style in unison with the exterior of the home. When you have an old fashioned style home on the outside and then have a ultra modern interior, it doesn't look right.
