im not sure if you can buy it sans contract. i had to buy mine on a 2 year contract. unfortunately, i can't remember how much the total will be over the 2 years.
dude sorry its kinda random but i really tryin to move to japan and idk but it looks like u live there any tips on like idk lol how can i move my ass over there lol is it hard to get a job ?? or a place to live ??? is it easyer to no people down there be4 u go ??and should i learn japanese be4 i go or should i just go down there and learn by liven there??? lol sorry i just really want to Know
you want to live there? either go teach english or marry a japanese woman. those two are the easiest ways to get into japan legally. depending where you live, strong japanese is a must.
the colour of the keys and the gun metal black of the p906i is cooler over the 921p IMHO. also easier to unlock if your looking to use it outside of japan. otherwise almost identical hardware phone
specs-wise they are almost the same as far as i know. the reason i chose the 921p was that it was on softbank, while the p906i is on docomo. you get free mail if its with other softbank users, and since most of my friends are on softbank, it made sense to get softbank. plus, i like how the 921p is a bit more symmetrical than the 906...
hehe~ thx. i have been looking for the 921p but they never go on sale on eBay. There are LOTS of p906i's though. Are you a resident of japan? i heard its difficult to get a phone over there.
yes, i am currently living in japan. and no, its fairly easy to get a phone here. it just depends where you live. i think most carriers have english services at tokyo stores. i don't live in tokyo so i had to get a friend to help me.
its a panasonic 921p. the tv service is called 1seg. its over the air (i.e. free), but sometimes you can see blocks. its kind of like watching youtube over the air, except with normal tv channels.
Of course, all these functions only work in Japan, right?
