Honestly, I'm a writer. I feel things "flowing" into my head as I write, and I can tell you it's not occult-based or anything. I don't have some demons swimming in my head or whatever. I am just a fan of writing about whatever comes to my mind, and that means anything from realistic scenarios and stories to mythical beasts and magic, but I don't promote any religion, belief or what have you. It's just about presenting my imagination on the page and letting others see a piece of who I am.

Jesus refers to himself as the son of God. Which isn't that odd, since that was actually a relatively common thing to say. The Jewish God was a great father figure and the creator. To have referred to yourself as his child, was equivalent to say you were one of his creations. Saying that God was the father almighty would have been a relatively common thing at the time. Also, again, Jesus NEVER claimed to be god incarnate. Ever.

I know artists that images just come to them and they have to paint/draw it down. I know musicians who have an idea come to them and they have to put it into music. All of these I have experienced. About the speaker: he's been in a documentary in which the earthly Jerusalem is hailed as sacred when the Bible is clear that the New Heavenly Jerusalem is not of this earth. So I'm not sure where he comes from.

Honestly, I'm a writer. I feel things "flowing" into my head as I write, and I can tell you it's not occult-based or anything. I don't have some demons swimming in my head or whatever. I am just a fan of writing about whatever comes to my mind, and that means anything from realistic scenarios and stories to mythical beasts and magic, but I don't promote any religion, belief or what have you. It's just about presenting my imagination on the page and letting others see a piece of who I am.

1. Terms such as "like magic" and "minds eye" are common terms used by people. They're figures of speech. Everyone uses them.
2. Anybody who is a writer will tell you that characters often do come to you suddenly and fully formed before you've even thought of them. It's coming from your subconcious connecting ideas and traits and putting them together into one thing, not from Demons.

Jesus refers to himself as the son of God. Which isn't that odd, since that was actually a relatively common thing to say. The Jewish God was a great father figure and the creator. To have referred to yourself as his child, was equivalent to say you were one of his creations. Saying that God was the father almighty would have been a relatively common thing at the time. Also, again, Jesus NEVER claimed to be god incarnate. Ever.

Pythagoreas lived ~570 BC~495 BC. He lived over 500 years before Jesus. And he was accredited to have: walked on water; turned water to wine; been at two places at once; tell fishermen who were out on the water fishing, with their nets casts out EXACTLY how many fish they had in the nets (and he was right too); the man is even said to have risen from the dead, and there's even more.

Anddd, no. The vast majority (if not all) of the apostles were actually illiterate and had never learned to read because many of them were from too low a class to have learned such a thing. Not to mention that the first writings in the Old Bible don't show up until about 20 years after Jesus died, and the FIRST GOSPEL (the Gospel of Mark) doesn't even show up until roughly 70 AD, that's almost 40 years after Jesus died.

The guy needs to learn that "magical" can be a metaphor, and how Wicca and real witchcraft actually work, and maybe actually read all of the books. The series makes it quite clear that love is the most powerful magic of all, which is probably what Rowling means when she says we all have magic in us.
Also, how can you equate her pretending to be a witch as a child to "instructing" her friends in witchcraft?
And has this guy honestly NEVER had a great idea just come into his head one day?

I love how he takes how Rowling stated that the characters just came to her, and he makes it sound evil. That's how a lot of authors' characters come. I know artists that images just come to them and they have to paint/draw it down. I know musicians who have an idea come to them and they have to put it into music. All of these I have experienced. It's not a bad thing, it's a good thing. A lot of people would do anything for ideas to just come to them like that. XD

About the speaker: he's been in a documentary in which the earthly Jerusalem is hailed as sacred when the Bible is clear that the New Heavenly Jerusalem is not of this earth. So I'm not sure where he comes from.

I'm a Christian (due to personal supernatural experiences etc.) & even though I think Rowling is a vehicle for dark forces I think most of these quotes could have been said by any author about their work. Never read any of the books. The movies are disturbing, pointless, dark, yes sinister in nature. No benevolence whatsoever. Emptiness.

It was funny when he said, "Ever since she was young she wanted to dress up as a witch." Have you not seen little kids dressed as spiderman.
