I'm Down starring Underdog and Sweet Polly Purebred (and the Beatles too!)

I actually felt kind of embarrassed for Sweet Polly, given she was basically performing the Bongo Congo (the first time) under duress. I'm not so sure about the Shea Stadium performance, given the rumors about Princess Dawn offering her $20 to do it. Personally, I liked it better when Polly was being tickled silly, but that's just me. It was actually one of my earliest memories.

@4thtroika Yeah there were rumors floating around about Polly doing the BC during the Beatles Shea concert. There was noi truth to the rumor that Princess Dan gave Polly $20 to do it. In fact both Dawn and Polly were screaming their lungs out

Thanks. No one ever said where Underdog took place (exclude the movie - which sucked. Sorry!) Some had said that the cartoon took place in Washington, DC, yet the city always showed large skyscrapers (which are not allowed in D.C.), and since TTV is (supposedly) nationl, one has to conclude that Underdog took place in NYC. Thus the Polly at Shea Stadium story.
