It doesn't work on the Pokemon that doesn't make contact.

The reason why is that it creates a small "explosion", you will be safe if you use something like Earthquake, or Ice Beam. But it will have effect if you use something like Bullet Punch, or Ice Punch.

Just for normal battles. I already beat the baby cup on PBR and not many people battle by those rules, so I figure what the hey.

I thought I would make it seem like I was letting him win. Then I forgot Aftermath doesn't work on special attacks. I was going to let Aftermath do the trick, but naw...it failed.
