  • This is one badass movie . Who ever says this movie sucks needs to have

Kevin bacon come looking for them . I give this movie 1000 thumbs ups .

  • See the reason this got omitted is because in order for a revenge film to work, it must be bias.

  • Why the hell was this deleted in the first place? It's so good. And still can't believe that this guy goes from being a badass in 'Death Sentence' to a kid in 'Tron.' He really can act.

  • UNDERRATED!

  • Thumbs up if you think this is Kevin Bacon's best role!

  • holy fuck i commented that a year ago...fuck yes i did

  • What a depressing fuckin movie. But its still a good one. Its very touching at a very deep level. I remember this is based on a novel written by some famous guy. I never read the book but this movie was a work of art. Great movie, Great soundtrack.

  • Just watched this recently and really enjoyed Garrett Hedlunds performance. He really made you ambivalent about his character. Multi-faceted and not many actors could pull that off. He dug into many layers for the part of Billy. I watched a premiere interview and Garrett summed up this movie in one sentence that really made me see the conflict in the middle east in a different light "an eye for an eye and the whole world is blind, accordint to Ghandi". Garrett is well read and intelligent.

  • Okay Garrett Hedlund is gorgeous, but i can't stand him without his hair! :(

  • this movie was so under rated it should of gotten 5 stars

  • such a dam good movie

  • Garrett Hedlund is so yummy lookin.. i'd tap it

  • how the fuck did this movie get 1 star

  • @hhnkid thats what i wanna know every critic was saying its horrible im like are you serious this is one the top 10 best movies i have ever watched!

  • @killadingahopper personally I rarely take in anything a critic says, if you want to be a judge of a film in my opinion you have to watch it for yourself, as I'm sure you may or may not agree.

  • @killadingahopper so fucking true man this movie is fucking breathtaking and epic just A+++

  • fuck all that...thumbs up for John Goodman

  • I like the black gangsters leather jacket, his and Billies are by far the coolest.

  • @AsianTarzan94 white gangsta are better,,niggas suck

  • @emperadorotomano23 Agreed. The guys tattoo is insane!

  • @DucRacerX he shud have y do u think he didnt win

  • @DucRacerX Well, no shit... that goes without saying because the unrated version is NOT the theatrical version.

  • I forgot about this movie. I remember I really enjoyed it.

  • it's dr cole from house

  • John Goodnan has good uses of Fuck in this scene

  • to be a father and put in that situation I would of done the same thing no thinking twice this movie was a mater piece and the producer deserves an award

  • Do they have to put it in slow-motion when Billy is walking with his boys?

  • which part was cut i seen this in the movie??

  • @lilbusrider This scene is not in the theatrical version, everything apart from the first 30 seconds or so was not in the theatrical version.

  • tell me teh music please it sound sad

  • @reff809

    /watch?v=0l8f0Y9_TFg

  • sooooooo sick!

  • There should be a Death Sentence 2. Billy Darley's death wasn't shown so maybe he's still alive. Haha

  • @madstone92 lol that's waht I've always said!

  • @madstone92 Or they could do a prequel in which we see how Billy Darley grew up as a kid and became the ruthless gang leader. Now that I'd like to see. Either way if Billy Darley's in it I'll watch it. He's such a great character.

  • @trd1996 here i thought i was the only one. and i consider myself a kind of a "manly" man. you know, farting, ball scratching, ect. just kidding. but seriously, the music combined with the acting and story gets me a bit teary too.

  • i love this movie...and i love him with this rol...like bad boy!

  • haha its doesnt deserve an academy award, the story line begins to stray after a while, but its not bad conversion of movie style from the creators of saw.

  • yeah..good deleted...very stupid scene...and the father is annoying to death

  • well where i was they canceled it =[ but i have the dvd now

  • didnt they not put this in the theaters ....they should it was an amazing movie

  • LOL i'm glad the feds or whoever weren't out there listening to bones yelling his ass off, spilling out info about all the dirt they do. "WHY AREN'T YOU OUT ON A PERFECTLY GOOD CORNER I GOT FOR YOU, SELLING MY DRUGS.!!" "I GOTTA READ THE PAPERS AND FIND OUT ABOUT ONE OF YOU KILLING A RICH LITTLE FAGGOT".

  • thumbs up for death sentence 2

  • @Approvedjoey117 impossible

  • @Approvedjoey117 Thumbs up for hoping that Leigh Whannell will make a new horror movie.

  • @Approvedjoey117 there can't be in the extended cut kevin bacon dies on that couch

  • @QuireBoysAIRSOFT does he?

  • @93ky1e93 ya he does if you want you could probably find that part on youtube

  • @QuireBoysAIRSOFT oh i didn't realise that, this video made me feel like watching it again anyway so ill have a look when i do, really is such an amazing movie tho

  • @93ky1e93 couldn't agree more

  • whats the name of

the song were they leave and meet billy's dad?

  • Does anyone know what this song is called in the background.

  • this scene was never cutt out

  • @triztan696 I was about to type the same exact thing

  • @triztan696

In the theatre version it was cut. This is the unrated version.

  • this part was in the movie I watched.... If you guys got free movies on demand its in the FX section.... you'll see.....

  • @PROV1220 Beware, its cencered

  • This secene was deleted?! I've seen this movie 3 times and this scene has ALWAYS been there o_o

  • @saraboricua21 Deleted scene in reference to the theatrical version shown in cinemas. It's not on my DVD but I don't have the extended version since my country only has one version on DVD. I'm going to have to import the extended version.

  • The first track is actually called "A MESSAGE" written and performed by former Stabbing Westward drummer Andy Kubiszewski, and re-mixed by Charlie Clouser for the film.

  • Actually the first track is "A MESSAGE" by former Stabbing Westward drummer Andy Kubiszewski. This is Charlie Clouser's remix from the film.

  • isn't there a deleted scene of billy goin to where his brother died? i thought i saw a clip w/ a fanmade compliation and i would really like to see that scene if anyone knows where

  • cool

  • This scene is amazing.

Bones is a Grade A piece of shit. Spit on your son and then kiss him on the forehead? And, Billy's facial expressions throughout the whole scene are great.

After watching this, I don't see him as such a bad guy. Still bad, just a little less.

  • 3:59 fred flintstone :D

  • ????

  • every time I watch this movie, I feel all depressed, and yet I still watch it when it airs on TV. It truly sends the message that vengence just makes crap worse. If Hume just let the guy who killed his son go to jail, his wife and other son wouldn't have been shot later on. Billy want revenge and in the process the rest of his gang gets killed and he ends up dying in the end.

  • True but would you ever let the killer of a close family member serve just 5 years?

Vengeance can make things worse but if done in the correct way it is fucking sweet!

  • I'm not saying I wouldn't feel the same way, but how often does a murderer serve just 5 years in prison? That plot in the movie was a little out there and just meant to push the story forward. But I understand what you mean.

  • True rare in the US you give your criminals proper sentences. Unfortunately I live in the UK so the chances of someone getting that short type of sentencing is a lot more likely :(

I'm sure one day someone will replicate Kevin Bacon's character in the real world.

For now its just gonna have to be people feeling that way but not carrying out the action.

  • Comment removed

  • @DKrules9

I said the same thing. How could joe only do 3 years if he pleaded guilty to the murder. That didn't really make sense to me. You murder somebody, you'll do more than 3 years. lol

  • @hellraiza81 they didnt have anything on him except nikes word and that was only the deal the da could makeif he testifyed

  • @NecroFeeLuP and soul brother and sucker LMAO!

  • 5:05 Kinda feels like it's a 'Saw' moment.

    .... I wonder why? :D

  • @ShiningWonder

because Saw Director ( James Wan ) make this movie

  • 2 days ago i watched it. awesome

  • i saw this movie yesterday. i loved it. it was really good but i notice that the movie teaches a lesson. its trying to say vegence is poison. and that vegence will only get you killed and maybe kill your whole family. just let god get in charge. hes the one that knows better than all of us

  • Note the symbolism, of how billy wears his dead brother's jacket, and nick wears his son's jacket. Trying to hint that billy wasn't a monster, or hoodlum, or piece of shit, he was human

  • john goodman for the fuckin win

  • @BlinkBoyBrad dude id be like that to if i was married to rosann for god knows how long

  • I thought this movie was so great and incredibly underrated. I also really like the music in this scene alot. Sounds very deep and inspiring no doubt.

  • These scenes were deleted from the TV version but they are in the UNRATED version on DVD.

  • this movie was on fx last night and all these scenes were in it,

  • @ImaDoE yea wtf dude i was thinkin the same ting

  • yeah i know. it was. they aired the UNRATED version which shows everything

  • Yeah, I saw the FX version the same night. It said it was uncut, 'member?

  • man, I usually love John Goodman's characters, but I just wanted to punch him in the face right then. What a good actor.

  • Why the fuck was this scene cut out? This is a FUCKIN EPIC Scene!

  • John Goodman, The fatass of society

  • I love this movie the music is next to none, I wana make a remix of it.

  • Its an awesome show but its not something ppl will talk about like romper stomper 10 yrs down the road. But none the less, the movie was great & 80% of it was due to the music.

  • @daplagu3 Romper Stomper?

Of all the movies you could think of.....

  • Epic scene, I can honestly say that this is my favorite scene in this movie, the music and everything is perfectly sett together. very powerfull in many ways. The Billy character is my all time favorite movie character, next to norman stansfield, played by gary oldman in Leon. And by the way, anyone who knows more about the red leather jacket Joey and later one Billy wears? love that jacket! anyone know if its custom made to the movie or if it is a brand or something? would love to buy one.

  • cool scene but it would have given away too mcuh and ruined the movie abit. this movie really really made me want me want more tattoos! ...and a mustang XD

  • @devourment8800 ooh it made me want any muscle car. 67' chevvy impala, anyone?

but i would never consider tattoos. scared shitless of needles. :)

  • it doesnt feel like needles, ive got a 1 1/4 sleeve and it feels like scratches rather than needles, besides ud need 1 to match the car hah

  • This is a good scene but it instead of this song what if they had a song while their walking. The song "In The Air Tonight" by Phil Collins

  • I loved this movie it s was the best. I read alot of reviews saying the only thing wrong about the movie was the writing alot of them said the writing was horrible.

  • its on Cinemax right now

  • This movie deserved an academy award or something!

  • Yeah. Kevin is always overlooked by Hollywood. I hate that!

  • @JohnnyNny23 true dat but those mother-fucking critics don't even give a shit about they james wan movies. he's the creator of the fucking saw movies

  • @JohnnyNny23 it shud have did it win anything or at least do good in box office

  • Rails and Ties is another very good movie by Kevin. Kevin is a great actor! and humble.

  • this song and scene gives me fuckin chills

  • I lost somethings when good mans Is talking, when he spitting on Bill could anybody write it or traslate it in a comment for me??? thx a lot

  • I really like the scenes with Billy I think they should have kept those in the movie yeah it's an action movie or whatever but they're still amazing scenes.

  • Really sucks that James Wan doesnt get any attention from this film. This movie was much better then his most popular film Saw.

  • John Goodman and Kevin Bacon were the highlights of this film. John Goodman has the funniest lines of dialogue too. John Goodman seems like a very cool guy.

  • this song fits perfect when billy and his gang walk the street....love it.

  • wish they had more scenes like this (with billy darley) in the movie.

  • mustang boss and a fastback

  • all the cars in this movie are awesome, good ol american muscle, fuck honda.

  • I think John Goodman should get more roles.

  • yeah he's still got a little somethin somethin. I think he should play more bad guys

  • well cut

  • awesome kickass scene !!!!

  • LOL Nick ended up paying for joe's funeral. Since that was his wallet the money came from.

  • Wow ur exactly right! I can't believe I didnt catch that ...

  • it s a shame this scene was cut beacuse it would have helped the audience to understand better that those crooks are not only bad peolpe but human beings turned very very bad, still they care for their own as one family. And this scene explains as well how fucked thier childhood must have been under the watch of Billy s father.

  • Well, as far as I can see, no one forced them or asked them to take that out on innocent people.

  • I agree with you. I m just trying to say it makes the characters more human.

  • I know i hate gangs dont u?

  • @ninjasd1 i didn't get john goodman's speech. what was he trying to say? lay low after Kevin's bacon's kid got killed? i got that he was mad that they killed a rich guy's son. but he started to ramble a bit and i didn't understand the rest. what was he trying to say?

  • @hotdoobie75 His rant was a kind of shut up and do what I tell you, stop doing what you want, if I tell you to go sell guns or drugs on some street do it, none of you are anything, I'm the boss kind of thing, Billy [and the guy who killed Kevin Bacon's son] are his sons so his having no real caring or reaction at his death was to show how little he does care about anything but himself and his ''buisness''

  • @hotdoobie75 I think just like you man, he was just trying to say he doesn t care about anything else than getting paid. He was enhancing the fact that he IS the boss to the end, it summusm pretty well in the sentence " I m the world on a cracker ! " . So yes basically I think just like you, and sionsidhe9 said it very well too...

  • garrett is god damn hot .. i fuckin love him

  • Comment removed

  • Garrett's hot!! ..even in this movie lol

  • you fuckin work for me. you dont in n out, you dont fuckin half-ass, YOU FUCKIN PAY ME!!! wow... hes a badass

  • hot

  • omgg, my faaaaaaaaavorite part of the movie. i love this song.

  • I'M THE FUCKIN' WORLD ON A CRACKER!!

  • Bought this on blu ray from Canada....said it was unrated cut but turned out to be theatrical..so this scene wasnt there..would look cool in HD with surround sound.

  • I think kevin and garrett are both talented actors!! I hope we get to see alot more of them in future movies!

  • God I love this movie! This is my favorite scene aswell! Cant believe it wasnt in the theatrical cut.
