Bitter Taste only plays twice, and neither time particularly involves Iris. It plays in case 3-5 when Godot's scolding Phoenix right before the final trial day, and again when he tells you his story as a prosecutor. A Fate Smeared is pretty much anything involving Troupe Gramarye.
