For the longest time I could never remember where to get the cape. It always bugged me, it was the one item I had left to get... I think. Never was big on the whole 100% thing. :P

What do you do with the cape though? That's the ONLY thing I never figured out completely. I remember a cave or something that said something about needing the cape, but after I found it I couldn't remember where it was.
