myrth, your wrong, chronicles was developed BY AN AWFUL DESIGN TEAM. (core desgin) now crystal dynamics took over and they made an amazing job. Even though Eidos is owned by Square enix, dont expect them to do an awful job just because you said so. Once they make an awful game. Thats when you can say Tomb raider got worse. But Tomb raider Legend, Anniversary, Underworld. I loved the graphics and the story. So please. Dont expect them to do an awful job unless they do, do an awful job kay?

Pal. Parafrasing one of Polish cult films - "What you really know about Tomb Raider?". Only some amatour could call Crystal Dynamics games good. They were worse than bad! Nice graphic is not all what is needed to create decent game. And their Underworld is good example - the game contains ONLY good graphic, while the plot is so shallow, that almost protuberant! I think that when making ranking of TRs, Underworld is second worst after Chronicles

By the way - Core Design CREATED Tomb Raider. They are it's "fathers". They created four fantastic games [TR I-IV] and one with neat plot, but awful development [AoD] and bad-like-hell Chronicles. Crystal Dynamics created three TRs and the only not-so-freaking-bad is Anniversary, which is just a mare re-make of TR1!

Tomb raider was suppose to be about a woman who raids tombs for treasures and just happens to fight monsters along the way. And this person who created this thought it would be cool to make his own lara croft adventure. Dont go on and saying "OH MY GOD, I WILL NEVER SEE TOMB RAIDER THE WAY I'VE SEEN BEFORE, THIS RUINED TOMB RAIDER FOR ME". That's just mean.
