Have you had any replies from any of the authorities you complained to? Behaviour like his is utterly despicable. I hope he's in the process of having his operators licence revoked or at least has a hefty fine imposed.
I have sent a letter complaining about this to ARCHELON, WWF the marine park in Zakynthos and to the Port police in Zakynthos. I was given the dvd by a friend so i do not know the name of the boat but the base that this captain uses is between Louis Zante Beach hotel and Astir Pallas in Lagana. I will find out the name of the boat for you and post it. On the other hand the captains face is well visible and perhaps people might recognise him and boycot him- hope dies last!
