I REALLY enjoyed your video. I was scheduled for a bypass 06/12/10 and was hit by a car a month before surgery. This delayed EVERYTHING. The past year has been filled with surgeries - a cervical fusion / clavicle resection / thoracic fusion / nerve repair in arms and hands. A little more than a year later - I am scheduled for my bypass - 9/28/11. I'm a little less than 2 weeks away. I appreciate the inspiration!

@vinzzhugo you mean 8 pack, are 8 squares, there are 2 abdominal rectus, with 3 divisions each, so four parts are divided by 3 tendonds, so 4 muscle parts in each side......... 4X2=8

congratulations, I'll be honest... at the start I was like uhhh yuk... at the end I was like WOW! you really are beautiful and you were willing to put the hard work in which is a credit to you.
It is also noticeable from the start that you weren't happy with yourself, and lets face it you dressed like an old woman. Good to see at the end you looked confident, happy, beautiful and dressed to show the figure you worked so hard for. Once again congratulations and keep that weight off you look great
