i thought it was a code like that allows you to have certain pikmin like you could add red,yellow,yellow,blue,blue,re­d and when i pluck pikmin, the same ones come in the same order i typed... too bad...

Uh...that's not a pikmin color modifier but a pikmin modifier. It doesn't change their color but just the chosen pikmin.
