  • The example with the car was a really stupid one, if someone drives on the red light and you hit them with your car, it's an accident but caused by them not obeying the rules, thus not a problem of the person hitting them. Same thing here, if there was a rule you need to keep the mask on all the time until the game's over, or you need to shout / let others know you're taking it off, then it's the kids fault he got hit.

  • Things I hate about Judge Judy:

    1) Often, she has already decided a case, BEFORE hearing any testimony.

    2) She often goes into her "put down" style comentary on irrelevant side issues.

    3) She interjects her social comentary. In this case, it's her anti-gun screed.

    4) She DEMANDS that witnesses look at her in the eyes, but she often glances away, while smirking.

    5) She takes exceptional pleasure in calling people fools and idiots, in order to embarass them in front her their own children.

  • @SteveLLW true... but i cant stop watchinggggggg

  • It's incredibly important for children to learn, very early, that rules must be obeyed. This is part of life safety training.

Yes, children get hurt when they play... but in this case, the man should have been more careful. JJ was right about that, but wrong wrong wrong about the guns and the rules.

  • Honestly; where's the damage to the kid's mouth? Judge Judy is anti-gun, no matter what.

Judge Judy: "You're a fool, too."

Judge Judy (more like it): "Why can't you teach your son to get onto the concentration camp-bound boxcar and be thankfull that he hates guns?"

No, Judy Douche, YOU'RE a fool.

  • the D is a dirtbag.

  • ..AND THEN WE WONDER, WHY CHILDREN ARE SHOOTING THEIR TEACHERS AT SCHOOL. .,..THIS BITCH IS AN AWFUL MOTHER!

  • Defendant's family Raiders fans?

  • If the 40-yr old's defense is that the kid did not follow rule, then he should be punished himself for not following one of the three most important rules of gun safety: know what you are shooting at. EVERY shooter or hunter knows that you can't pull the trigger without having a clear shot, and considering what could happen to the bullet if it misses the target. The 40-yr old guy admits that he was shooting through brush, not seeing what he is shooting at. Exactly to prevent cases like this.

  • Yeah, kids are having fun, they hurt, so what, it happens all the time. But when a 40-yr old 300 lb guy hurts a 10-yr old when playing, it is pretty much given that the adult is responsible. I don't see how it could have turn out any other way.

  • god, what a milf

  • I actually work at Crosman... if you want to get your kid, or anyone, a gun, there are safety manuals on our website.... Judy was right here, the man should not of shot when he coudln't see the child.

  • Terrible mum.

  • I grew up in the country with paintball guns, airsoft guns, bb guns, and real guns, Never got hurt, neither did my friends, Don't raise these lil faggot kids to be afraid and play video games all goddamn day.

  • way to teach your son to be a pussy and by that pic the kids teath were fucked up way befor that airsoft got him

  • @lollypop430 there's nothing wrong with airsoft guns for kids, as long as you teach them how to properly use them safely.

  • parents are f*****g idiots

  • a grown fat man with a little tie. playing with toy guns and kids are involved.....i will never understand.

  • I dont agree with this ruling either. Lets consider another senario. You pick up your 10 year old's friend from school. You ask him to put his seat belt on, and he does. During the trip, he unclips the belt without you noticing and 2 min later you have an accident. His injury is due to not wearing his seat belt. Had we worn his seat belt he would have been ok. Is it right that his parents now sue you, even when the child ADMITS he was told to keep his belt on and didn't? The kid is 10 not 2.

  • my parents would have said "hey dumb-ass, why did you take off your mask?...YOUR FAULT"...if you are old enough to play, you are old enough to fellow the rules and be responsible for your actions. Americans can be ridiculous.

  • @Rorix9 It's a kid. There is a difference between an adult who knows better and should set an example and a kid who has to learn from right and wrong and doesn't know better. If the kid was told the rules and broke them, he is indeed in the wrong. But it was the adult who was supervising him that should've made sure he was still safe. Rules or no rules. He was on HIS property. It is HIS involvement. It is HIS fault if someone is injured. Not a kid. Come on now. This is simple.

  • @chuckytheman if he is old enough to play, he is old enough to follow the rules, if he doesn't or can't than he will reap the consequences...THAT is simple. Stop babying the youth in america...that's why people never grow up. Blame it on someone else is our new motto.

  • @Rorix9 Well, firstly. I do not live in America. So I have no effect on the youth there. Secondly, did you not read the part where I said the kid was at fault as well? The mentality to blame everything on one person is the problem. It takes two cause an issue. The kid did wrong yes but it was the adults job to ensure his safety. It doesn't matter what the kid was doing. It's the adults job to stop him and keep him safe. Even if ending the game is the only way.

  • @Rorix9 ha. good point.

  • @Rorix9 My parents would've said that too. Come on, Judge Judy, it's just good fun. I mean technically kids get hurt going to the park w/o guns and playing yet I don't see anybody complaining about letting kids go there.

  • I don't think this is fair. If they were playing at a professional bb gun or air gun, they explained all the rules to you and you didn't abide by it. If you got hurt. It's your fault. You can't sue the the person who shot you, not matter if he is an adult or not.

  • @Mengster13 Ah, but this is your opinion not the law. The law says you can sue and that's why they are on the show. And would you look at that! They won. Based on the law.

  • @chuckytheman that doesn't mean all laws are just

  • @Rorix9 You make a good point but this is not a question of whether or not the laws are just. It is a question of if they can or cannot sue. Clearly, they fought the law and the law one. I'm sure you've hard this saying before. Also, the laws do not need to be "fair" or just. They merely need to guide those lacking in common sense and those who are not equally. Not everything is good. Same can be said about food or television but somethings are.

  • lul, look at what the old guy is wearing, bahaha

  • I be the defended watched the other airgun incident case =P

  • Judge judy should not have called the mother an idiot at 8:00 that was uncalled for!

  • The defendant just probably needs to join one of those paintball groups and go out there and play the game for real.

  • *tami is a beautiful, yummy woman*

  • @xzuvqz very very milfy!

  • what is with idiots and guns? even "play guns"?? that is NOT a toy for kids!!!

  • @lollypop430 "play guns" are only "play guns" if they don't shoot. they should just be models that look pretty and do nothing else. i mean, as a little boy, i had toy guns, and all the little boys on the street used to congregate and play "guns." it was fun. i didn't grow up to be a gun nut, and no one ever got hurt playing "guns." we got hurt biking, roller blading, skateboarding, climbing trees, but not playing "guns." the typical female vendetta against guns is uninformed.

  • @lollypop430 Umm, if you and your best friend buy two airsoft SMGs, load em up and get on your bikes, then bike around an empty parking lot shooting eachother (age 17) you will know how much fun it is!!!!

  • @lollypop430 That's why we sadly hear of the young boys who get a hold of their parents guns and accidentally shoot people with real guns.

  • @lollypop430 Im assuming you've never played with an airsoft gun. They cant hurt you unless your hit in the face , and even then , you wont die.

  • @lollypop430 i have an armory of airsoft/painball/bb guns. lol u mad bro? the kid was playing and got hurt. to fucking bad.

  • @Cloud5472 If it had been another kid, then yes; in this case, it was a fat ugly 40 year old asshole. Get it now or is it too much information coming in all at once? You just prove idiots have these asinine "toys."

  • @TheSkylur44 no gun is a "toy" but his mother had no prior objection to this. she has no case.

  • @Cloud5472 His mother did not know this jerkoff would be so irresponsible; again, if it had been one of the other kids, closer to his age, that is an accident that could not be helped; this fat prick saw the kid did not have his gear in place and fired anyway, he is 40 years old and he chose to play with children, ergo, he pays the price for his own sutpidity. The mother is an idiot for buying the things in the first place.

  • @TheSkylur44 the mother knew the danger when she bought the guns.

  • @Cloud5472 Please read my last sentence from my previous post. If that confuses you, I will quote if for you here:"THE MOTHER IS AN IDIOT FOR BUYING THE THINGS IN THE FIRST PLACE" and my first sentence:"THE MOTHER DID NOT KNOW THIS JERKOFF WOULD BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE BY SHOOTING A KID WITHOUT THE PROPER GEAR" now, the forty year old versus the ten year oold means, THE FORTY YEAR OLD IS AT FAULT.

  • @TheSkylur44 I'm not saying he isnt at fault, but the mom is equally to blame

  • is the one child a little fetal alcohol? He might have the strange eyes.

  • Nice gutxedo on the fat guy.

  • The 6-year-old is so adorable!

  • @rassledassle82 He's 7, lol.

  • @rassledassle82 so darn cute :3

  • @rassledassle82 *7 :-p

  • @rassledassle82 what, the 7-year-old?

  • @rassledassle82 ALL RIGHT ALREADY! I get it! The kid is 7, not 6...OH NO! MY MISTAKE IS GOING TO CAUSE THE EARTH TO SHATTER! Geez...

  • @rassledassle82 7 year old, lol

  • Eh...just another case of a 40-year-old huge kid...nothing special...
