Be very careful with all those cut off saplings around and under the hammock. I'm paranoid about the support lines maybe breaking and the hammock crashing onto those sharp wood spikes.
@sweetypie000 I've had Hennessy hammocks for several years, made both in Canada and in China, and never had a problem with the quality. I recently purchased a Warbonnet Blackbird, and have to say that the materials are somewhat inferior in quality to the Hennessy's. The mosquito mesh is flimpsy, and the nylon 1.7 came with some blemishes. It's disappointing indeed. Also, now that I've tested both in tropical conditions, I choose Hennessy because it offers more ventilation than the blackbird.
Haha...I just hang the boots by the laces on the ridgeline inside. If their wet or muddy I just put them in a plastic bag and hang them that way! works great!
Very cool. Good demo. Just hangin' out in the hammock, very good. I like the fact that you do not need a clearing to set it up, unlike a ground based shelter such as a tent.
My only question is, doesn't the bugs sting you from below through the fabric?

i chose a warbonnet blackbird cos hennessey are made in china now and people say the quality has gone down the crapper

yep, they can. Some use Permethrin to treat the hammock and prevent this problem. others just use more layrs undernath the body.
