I have NEVER been in such a comfortable but *FAST* car, it's completely mad if you want it to be - or it's happy cruising along at 30MPH. When you put your foot down, expect to be thrown back in your seat as the car completely changes. It is effortless to drive, it's such a lovely car to be in, but I agree that the service/MOT can be expensive - but you're paying for sheer quality when you get a Jag. MPG is not that good, but who cares when you hear that supercharger scream!
I know what you mean. However, my alternative is to keep my current car and get a 2nd car for weekends - leaning towards a TVR. I have heard that TVRs can cost £3k - £6k a year just to keep them on the road! Its the rising price of fuel that scared me about having a supercharged 4.2L as my daily car!

The last beauty! The new is nice but, not as elegant as this or older.

I like how you lane change. That would get you licence taken away in the US.

I am seriously looking at what car to get next and the 4.2 XJRs are very reasonably priced at the moment. Would you consider owning one?

without doubt, although the maintenance bills can be a little eye-watering.
