@GTOLONNY The specs for this car are at 7 seconds into the video. Turbo-mopar (dot) com has a forums section and a link to a fully built R/T that put down 629 WHP on a Mustang Dyno. Find the factory 16v TIII section.
the engine is a modified chrysler 2.2L(later modified and used in the dodge neon) used in dodge aries and plymouth reliant power output stock base 2.2 was 100hp i believe or 90hp and 100lbs of tourque,this engine in the spirit R/T is the same 2.2 but Turbocharged Intercooled DOHC 16Valve modified 2.2L and makes 224hp stock and 217 lbs of tourque (more than any crappy honda back then and today
what all has to be done to get those numbers, i own a '91 dodge spirit and for now it's stock. I'd like to know about how much it's gonna take to get 400hp out of it.

He also said the brakes and suspension could not stand up to the engine's performance. Liked it as a highway car, until the engine disintegrated just out of warranty! i can't imagine why you'd want to "soup-up" that bad design.

R/T model must be much better. My first car was a Spirit and it was horrible. Blew 2 head gaskets. Then again, I also beat the crap out of it. So that might be why.
