at 1:20, on those replicas, the Uberti and Pietta, we always tear them completely apart to remove the black powder residues(actually give them a bath, if you will). If that's not what you meant about taking a revolver apart, sorry.
I enjoy these vids, nice change with another angle of the sport. I always get a kick out of rooting through boxes of old paper.
With the old manuals they dont warn you NOT to point it at your face while pulling the trigger, loaded or to stick it in your ear/noe/butt, etc.Things like safety's too,with the modern glock and its four safety's,most there to protect the gun from the owners stupidity,where as the older guns if it inadvertently went off you deserved to get shot by it due to your own stupidity.How times change,nannying for the sake of it.People lack common sense these days so they need books of common sense.
