I would guess that they are daughters of high-ranking party members...that's how they are able to travel and live abroad.

My Cambodian friend said that there are many North Koreans in Cambodia, in both Siem Rap and Phnom Penh. There are also other North Korean restaurants in Cambodia. He said that the North Koreans in Cambodia can most of them speak North Korean, Chinese and lil bit of Cambodian.

There will be art performances like dance and singing (North Korean Culture) performed by the waiters in the restaurant.

I know there is one restaurant like this in Beijing. In WangJing, there are many IT South Korea companies in that area. All the waiter are from North Korean. Very beautiful girls and handsome boys.
