You want to invalidate USC athletics, particularly the success of the football program, so you have to FABRICATE ADDITIONAL components to incidences like the OJ Mayo and Reggie Bush cases, both of whom were only ineligible for the course of ONE SEASON and received benefits from AGENTS not USC personnel/affiliates. So while you want to claim "USC had to cheat to get to where they were" that couldn't be farther from the truth. Sorry, but your argument is erroneous at best.

You have a clear bias or your conclusion wouldn't be that myopic. Richardson chose USC because it provided him the best opportunity to get to the NFL, that is what solely influenced his decision, not because of LA or a "celebrity lifestyle". If that were the case he would've considered UCLA, which is in a much nicer part of the city surrounded by Beverly Hills and Bel-Air, where ACTUAL celebrities live.

God forbid a kid actually choose a school to prepare him for the NFL...

If you want to have merit behind your vilifications and want to attack a program I suggest you get your facts straight. No one connected to USC has ever been accused by the NCAA of paying a football recruit to sign not a coach, booster, president, or AD. Nor are players in 19 different intercollegiate sports being paid to come to school.

I didn't say no one at USC has illegally received monetary benefits, I said no one at in connection with the USC ADMINISTRATION or STAFF were ever connected or even alleged to paying a FOOTBALL recruit to play at USC by the NCAA even after a 5 year investigation.

Why the hell would he want to give that up to play on a shit team in a crappy conference like the ACC? He'll be side by side with the top ranked defensive end in the country. Our line is good enough that the opposition can't afford to double team anyone. Check the rankings for team defense in the NCAA. Mizzou is in the top 5 and Miami isn't anywhere near them.  :)

@dougritchey13 Don't forget DE Shane Ray either. That kid is about as dominant at his position (defensive end) as Big Sheldon is at DT. I saw him last week at the Black & Gold game. He's only 16 and already about 6 foot 4 and around 230 pounds. His dad is former NFL baller and Mizzou alum Wendell Ray. He plays for Tim Grunhard (former Kansas City Chief) at Bishop Miege. If you ever get a chance to see some of his tapes you'll be impressed. Throws 300 lb OL around like rag dolls.
